The flagship programme of OP Jindal Global University is BArch. The BArch is a 5-year long programme. Candidates must fulfil the basic eligibility criteria to be able to apply for the course. The criteria is that the student must have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ a relevant Diploma with Mathematics as a compulsory subject & 50% aggregate in the final examination. OP Jindal Global University course admission is based on the entrance exam. OP Jindal University Sonipat entrance exam is the Jindal Scholastic Aptitude Test (JSAT) for admission to various programmes. JGU, Jindal Global University is a full residential campus where all students admitted under any programme have to mandatorily stay inside the Campus residential Hostel only. No one is permitted to say outside in any PG or any rented accommodation facilities. The University Hall of Residence for students consists of several blocks of building designed by a French architect. There are corridors, open spaces and common rooms within each block. There are separate blocks for male and female students. The accommodation for students in these blocks follows international norms and the rooms are aesthetically furnished. Hygiene is an important consideration in these Halls.
In addition, the campus provides recreational facilities including a gymnasium and other indoor and outdoor games. The surroundings are fully landscaped with lawns, bushes and trees.
