STEP 1: Application Process

Candidates seeking admission to the programme are required to visit the official website of the University, fill in the important details, upload the documents and, pay the application fee of INR 1,000 (INR 800 for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates) together with INR 200 registration per subject has to be paid through MP Online. For every course, the registration fee of INR 200 per course/ subject has to be paid along with the application fees of INR 1,000 at the kiosk centre.

Candidates should go through the advertisement published in newspapers or University websites followed by which, they must fill up the form or can go to the kiosks of MP Online and ask them for submission of admission form.

STEP 2: Selection Criteria

After filling the admission form, the University prepares the list of provisionally admitted candidates based on merit in the qualifying exams. Admission will be given on the merit-cum choice basis. Admission to this course will be made through counselling conducted by the DTE Bhopal.

The mode of admissions at the Jiwaji University varies from one course to another. Jiwaji University admission is both merit and entrance-based. After JEE session 2 is completed, only those candidates who are aiming for IITs need to start preparing for JEE Advanced after clearing JEE Main. Those who are above the 98th percentile should start preparing for JEE Advanced as soon as possible. Those below this, between the 95th and 98th percentile, should focus on attempting more mock tests and previous year question papers so that they have a better chance of clearing JEE Advanced

For the admission to majority of courses at Jiwaji Gwalior, candidates are required to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in the previous qualification exams.
