JKLU offers Early Bird Scholarships to candidates who apply in various application rounds conducted by the university. Below is the criteria:

• In Round 1, an extra 15% scholarship is granted
• In Round 2, an additional 10% scholarship is provided
• In Round 3, an extra 5% scholarship 

All scholarships are expressed as a percentage of academic fee exclusively. No scholarship covers technology fee, hostel, transport, and mess charges.

Students falling into the specified categories are entitled to a scholarship equivalent to 10% of the academic fee in the first year, if they do not qualify for any above-mentioned scholarships. Below category students can apply for Special Category scholarships:

• Wards of Defense Personnel
• SC/ST students
• Differently abled students
• Students from North-Eastern States (domicile based on the school's address in the 12th class, and for open school, the address of the exam centre in the 12th class)
• Students from all Union Territories (except Delhi), with domicile determined by the same rule as above.
• Students from JKO schools

JKLU Jaipur offers various scholarships to students enrolled in different programmes. Eligible candidates can apply for these scholarships through the university's official website. The general (“Other”) scholarships offered to students from all courses are as follows:

• Sibling/Alumni Scholarship (20%)
• Single Girl Child Scholarship (10%)
• Special Category Scholarship (10%): Awarded to wards of defense personnel, SC/ST/differently-abled candidates, candidates from North-Eastern states/UTs and students of JKO schools
• Extra-Curricular and Co-Curricular Scholarships
• Special Circumstances Scholarships: Awarded to wards of JKLU/JK Organisation staff
