Kalinga University BBA Eligibility & Highlights 2025
Kalinga University BBA is a full-time course offered via the Faculty of Commerce & Management. The undergraduate-level course lasts for three years. However, candidates can complete a four-year BBA programme to secure a research and honors degree. Further, the course curriculum allows candidates to select one specialisation among Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Finance, Banking & Insurance, Event Management & Public relations, Digital Marketing & E Commerce, and Family Business & Startups.
Admission to the BBA programme is based on the university-based entrance exam, Kalinga Scholastic Entrance Examination (KALSEE). The entrance exam is conducted by Pearson VUE on behalf of Kalinga University. The KALSEE application form is out now. Minimum eligibility criteria for UG & PG Courses: For admissions to UG programmes at KU, students must have passed Class 12 and should have secured a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ST). Aspirants will be considered for PG programmes at KU if they have completed their graduation (graduation with three-year duration) with a minimum of 45% aggregate.
Students belonging to SC and ST category will need a minimum of 40% for admissions. Students aiming for admissions to integrated programmes should have passed Class 12.

Kalinga University BBA admission 2025 is open. The university admission procedure involves the KALSEE process. Candidates must qualify for the online Kalinga Scholastic Entrance Examination (KALSEE) exam. 1. Kalinga University BBA Application Process 2025
Candidates must fill out the online application form for the Kalinga Scholastic Entrance Examination (KALSEE) for BBA admission. The application process can be seen here:
- Go the official website of Kalinga University – kalingauniversity.ac.in
- Click on the link 'Kalsee 2025 Apply Now!!'.
- Candidates will be directed to the KALSEE exam page, where they have to register online for the exam.
- Complete the online application form with all the details.
- Attach all the required documents to the application form.
- After applying, candidates must pay an application fee of INR 1,200.
2. Kalinga Scholastic Entrance Examination (KALSEE)
After submitting the KALSEE application form, the University releases KALSEE exam dates. The KALSEE exam is usually conducted in July - August. The exam is a Computer Based Test (CBT) and it is conducted in an online mode. The exam's duration is 90 minutes and has questions in MCQ format.
3. Shortlisting Process
Candidates are shortlisted based on the KALSEE exam for the final step in the admission procedure. The overall percentage required to pass the KALSEE exam is 50%.
4. Kalinga University Courses Registration
Eligible candidates with a valid KALSEE score can register on the official website of Kalinga University for the course they want to pursue. They have to select the programme they want to pursue and accordingly fill out the application form.
5. Fee Payment
After course registration, candidates must make the course fee payment and secure the seat. Selected candidates will have to deposit the fee within ten working days after the declaration of the shortlisted candidates’ list. Candidates can pay the fee by any mode - Online/ Cheque/Draft. While depositing the course fees, candidates must deposit the original certificates with the Admission/Administration department & collect the receipt of the same.

Eligible candidates are then to apply for the in-house entrance exam. Applicants must appear for the exam and secure at least 50% in the Computer-Based Test (CBT). After the exam, shortlisted candidates are qualified for the final round. Selected candidates will have to deposit the fee within ten working days after the declaration of the Successful candidate’s list. In case the fee is not deposited in the stipulated time, the student's claim to the admission expires & the same will be passed on to the first waiting list candidates.
