Dissatisfied with poor college life except for studies.
Placements: In my course, BCA, there were about 38 students in total. There is no package related to this course; the fee is 18,750 for each of the six semesters. I think my course has great scope and attracts top recruiting companies like Infopark, Google, Amazon, etc. At the time, there were no internships available for my course. However, many top roles are offered in this field, including cloud engineer, cybersecurity specialist, software engineer, web developer, data analyst, and many others.
Infrastructure: In my college, I think there are no hostel facilities because I always traveled by bus to college, and at that time, there were no students staying in the hostel. My college has a pretty small computer lab available, and it was pretty good too. Classrooms were neat and tidy with chairs, blackboards, white walls, etc.
Faculty: In my college, the teachers were very good and they helped me throughout my studies. I felt much more comfortable around my teachers. My course was curriculum-relevant, and I think it makes students ready for the industry. The semester exams were sometimes much more difficult and sometimes much easier. In my opinion, the 3rd-semester Maths exam was much tougher.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in tech-related activities and all. And I think I have done a very good job picking this course. There were no best things about studying. It’s all about computer things and other stuff. I wished for no improvement in my course, it was all that it had been. Events, fests, campus crowds, and all other program activities were extremely awkward moments and disasters for me.

Review of Gurudev Arts and Science College.
Placements: The college doesn't provide any placement. Any companies are not ready to hire or provide placement from the college. To my knowledge, one gets placed in this college and many students have backpacks. In the case of an internship, students have to pay money for it.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is not bad. The college provides lab facilities for each department. The college also provides Wi-Fi connectivity, and good library facilities with a lot of books and sources of knowledge. The college has E-library facilities. Classrooms are not bad. The college has a good canteen.
Faculty: The teaching qualities of teachers are good. All teachers are well-educated and qualified. The course is also good. The college conducts class tests, internal exams, and model exams before university exams. The university exam was so tough. The pass percentage was comparatively very low.
Other: I chose the BCA course because of my interest in computer science, information technology, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. One of the best aspects of this course is gaining fundamental knowledge of several programming languages, including C, C++, Java, MySQL, and Python.

The college is good for those who come to study.
Placements: In our college, I think only 45% of students are placed. The package is around 1.5 LPA now they started 4-year UG so I think fee will also increase. They don't provide any internships, they also don't offer any extra courses in our college. We do not get even any IV and college trips because of low students in our class.
Infrastructure: In our college, there are three floors even when the lift is there they don't turn on it. There are no good facilities to sit or round with our friends. Our college is very poor in infrastructure. But they provide good bench to use. There is no hostel in our college. They provide hostel facility in the college itself for sports students only. They provide good and healthy food also in our canteen. They provide kanji for only 10 rupees and there will be no problem with food.
Faculty: Teachers are really very helpful and they are very good at teaching. They understand us and teach us as many times as we want. They also mentor us in very helpful ways, those who are ready to study in our college are very good. They give us good notes related to our syllabus. They also conduct 2 internal exams to prepare for semester exam. The semester exams will be sometimes tough, it's out of syllabus questions.
Other: Our batch is very poor in density due to this we didn't get a chance to go to IV and college trip. But our class students are very good and friendly.

I'm dissatisfied with campus placements at college.
Placements: The placement drives are only for a specific department. IT students have to visit a different branch of college in Angamaly. Placement drives are a joke. There are no big companies conducting placement drives in the college. The average salary is below Rs. 20,000 per month.
Infrastructure: There is no proper infrastructure. Wi-Fi connection is pathetic. Computers in IT labs don't even work properly and we are forced to do our final year projects on our laptops as systems may shut down anytime. Hostel facilities are not available in college.
Faculty: Teaching quality is good. Teachers help to upgrade our marks. Semester exams are intermediate as teachers conduct regular test papers and have two internals. Don't come to this college just seeing the results, there is no enjoyment and the number of students joining is decreasing year by year.
Other: There are no campus surroundings, no place where we can sit and chill with our friends No extracurricular activities are conducted in college. Arts and sports day are only for the name. There are restrictions in college and all they care about is students scoring marks.

Government College Thalassery, a short review.
Placements: Most students go for higher studies. No companies come to the campus for recruitment; actually, the college doesn't have a placement cell. The students should find their own way after the course. Faculty may help to find job fairs or company recruitment, but in most cases, it doesn't work well.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is average; the classrooms are not well arranged. The Wi-Fi connection is there but the speed is very poor. Computer labs and the library are much better compared to other facilities. The library area is peaceful and clean. No college hostel facilities are available yet, but a hostel for girls is under construction. Boys mostly use rented houses to stay. Girls use private hostels. All remaining things like the canteen, sports, and medical facilities are average.
Faculty: Teachers help only if you put some effort into studies. Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is above average. The course curriculum is relevant. If the student puts extra effort into his studies, it will surely make him industry-ready. The semester exams' difficulty level is moderate to tough. The pass percentage is around 75 to 80%.
Other: I chose this course because of its scope in the future. The pay scale offered after this course is comparatively much better than other courses. The authorities must change the syllabus according to industry needs and must add the latest trend subjects. Scholarships are available for most students. Events, fests, and campus surroundings are below average.

I am satisfied because of its faculty members, infrastructure, facilities, and placements.
Placements: Many companies visit our college for recruitment. The top recruiting company is Wipro. Many students got placed in this course.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are good. Wi-Fi is available. The computer laboratory and library are well-maintained. There are a few books in the library. The food served in the hostel is better. Sports and games facilities are good. There are few hostel facilities in this college.
Faculty: Teachers are supportive. Our course curriculum makes us ready to face exams and interviews. Semester exams are easy as compared to other universities. But results are not declared as per schedule. Our course curriculum is good, and the syllabus is easy to understand.
Other: I chose BCA because of my interest in it. This course is very good for getting jobs. Events, fests, and other programs are held on our campus, but the primary priority is learning and teaching. Scholarships are provided to the students who score better marks. If we score 90% then we are eligible for scholarships. Our campus surroundings are green. Many clubs, NSS, and other extracurricular activities are also conducted in this college.
