The college is good, and the campus is also good.

Placements: Almost 50 percent of students get placed. The lowest package offered is 3 LPA. The highest package offered ranges from 8-9 LPA. Companies like IBM, Amazon, etc., hire students. Almost all students got internships in good companies like Amaron, Carl Zeiss, IBM, etc. Top roles offered are frontend developer, backend developer, cybersecurity, etc.

Infrastructure: Facilities are good. All classrooms are air-conditioned. The infrastructure is almost good. The library is top-notch. Every book and noble is available as per need. Overall, it is good. The hostel is average and not so good. The food served is also average.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and cooperative. I like their behaviour. They teach and help us with our studies very well. Semester exams are not so difficult. If we study or listen to the teacher in class properly, then they are good. The course curriculum makes us ready to explore the industry world.

Other: I chose this course because I am interested in it. More practical classes should be added in place of the theory classes. Overall, it is good.

Review of Kaziranga University.

Placements: In B.Tech, around 60% of students get placed and in MBA, around 90% of students get placed. In my course, BCA, around 30%-40% of students get placed. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA, the average salary package offered was 4 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 2.4 LPA. Top recruiting companies include TCS, HDFC Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers, etc. There aren't many internships, with only about 40% of students securing internships. Roles offered include Assistant Manager, Engineering Trainee, etc.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available 24/7, but sometimes there are network issues. Unlimited 5G data is offered with super-fast speeds. Hostel quality is good infrastructure-wise, but the rooms and bathrooms are often dirty due to the lack of cleanliness maintained by the students residing there. Quality of food in the mess is sometimes good and sometimes bad, with potatoes being used in almost every meal. Medical facilities is not adequate, in emergencies, students are taken to the nearest nursing home for treatment. Sports facilities are not good, as there is no proper field available.

Faculty: Faculty members are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is 9 out of 10. Course curriculum is relevant, and some courses make the students industry-ready. Semester exams are not that difficult for those who study properly. Pass percentage is above 95%.

Other: I chose this course because I wanted to study Computer Science. Best thing about this course is that it is very good. One improvement would be to offer free internships. A few years ago, fests were conducted, but nowadays, only small pre-festivities are organised.
