Kerala Veterinary & Animal Sciences institution is a government-funded institution founded in December 2010 by the Kerala government. The university provides veterinary and animal sciences teaching, research, and extension services. The university is a public institution, not a private one. It came into existence on 14th June, 2010 as per Ordinance No. 44/2010 and later Act 3/2011 of the Government of Kerala.

The Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University's (KVASU) admissions procedure is conducted online. Candidates may do so by: 
completing the online application form on the school's website
taking the admissions test

going to an interview

NEET scores are used to determine admission to the B.V. Sc programmes. 

 The admission examination, interview, and counselling are used to determine who gets into the B.Sc. programmes. 

 A combination of the entrance exam and interview determines admission to the M.V.Sc. programme. 

KVASU provides programmes at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate levels. The Veterinary Council of India (VCI) and the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations of Kerala (CEE) oversee the NEET-UG test.

Q:   What are the top Scholarships for MVSC at Kerala Veterinary & Animal Sciences University and how to avail them?
A: 

Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (KVASU) awards merit scholarships to the top 10% of undergraduate students in each batch. KVASU also offers financial aid to meritorious and economically backward students.

To be eligible for admission to the MVSc programme at KVASU, you must have a bachelor's degree in veterinary Science and animal husbandry from a recognised university. You must also have an OGPA of 6.0/10 or an equivalent percentage of 50% marks in the traditional system. For SC/ST candidates, the OGPA must be 5.5/10 or equivalent.

No, direct admission to the college of dairy Science and technology, mannuthy is generally not available. Addmission are typically based on merit through entrance exam like KEAM or ICAR AIEEA,   and there is nor management quota or no quota-based systems.

The hostel fee for the College of Dairy Science and Technology, Mannuthy - Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, is INR 1050 per semester. The mess fee is INR 3800 per month. So, the total fee is INR 4850 per semester. The hostel fee is paid at the time of each semester registration.
