KIIT School of Computer Applications is a constituent unit of the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (Deemed to be University U/S 3 of the UGC Act 1956). The KIIT University was initiated in 1992-1993 as an industrial training institution. However, 1997 is considered as the base year for the University.
