AKTU has maintained a 90% placement record for its students, with the highest placement offer being Rs. 1.13 crore per annum.

Offering salary packages ranging from Rs 1 Lacs per annum to as high as Rs 20 Lacs per annum. The university overall has provided more than 25,000 placement opportunities to over 700 AKTU-affiliated colleges.

The Central Training and Placement Cell (CTPC) is in charge of AKTU placements. It collaborated with Gainsight Software Pvt Ltd. to host a female-only on-campus placement drive. Out of the 22 female students who were shortlisted, 14 were given the opportunity to accept a pay package worth Rs 15 Lakhs annually. So far, the university has conducted more than 26 placement drives, some of which were held on campus. Additionally, the wage package that was offered during the 2023 AKTU postings ranged from INR 1 LPA to INR 20 LPA. In addition, 7,000 students signed up for the placement drive in 2023. During AKTU placement 2023, a package worth INR 7.60 LPA was assigned to 318 students at TCS Digital, and a package worth INR 3.60 LPA was assigned to 1,213 students at TCS Ninja.
