Here in my college, both career and college life are awesome. I really loved it here.
Placements: In my college, the CSE and AI departments are top-ranked courses that are in high demand. Also, for CORE branches, they have been working from 2003 onwards with experienced staff. Newly started Cybersecurity, BBA, and BCA programs are also working well. Our college placements are conducted in the final year. Recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, etc.
Infrastructure: About the infrastructure in my college, the hostel and canteen are neat and well-maintained. A food inspection from FSSAI was conducted a few months ago in my college. Due to these factors, the college canteen and hostel food is not bad. My college has held 8 Wi-Fi facilitated computer labs, and many entrance exams like JEE, KEAM, etc., are held in my college because of the many computer labs.
Faculty: About the faculty, they are very friendly and experienced in teaching fields. Most staff have been working at that college since 2003. They are helpful during exams and in conducting effective revisions before university exams. According to the new 2024 batch, only 24/60 marks are needed, so passing the exam is not a big deal.
Other: Events like art fest, tech fest, Onam celebration, and Christmas celebration are regularly followed every year as milestones of the college. In college sports, football and cricket are the main ones in which our college wins trophies in football matches. It is very beautiful to enjoy college life and experience everything.

Really nice college if you are looking for placements.
Placements: About 80-85 percent of students are placed, and in the Computer Science branch about 95 percent of students are placed, with top recruiting companies like Google, Intel, etc., taking students from this college, which has branches like Electronics and Communication, Computer Science, etc.
Infrastructure: The college has free Wi-Fi, a library, an Idea Lab, and a canteen which is nice, along with football, basketball, volleyball, etc., teams, MEC has an Idea Lab where we can do our own projects and assignments, and in addition, we have Fab Lab facilities too.
Faculty: Faculty members are good and determined, most of the teachers here have PhDs in their respective fields, the college follows KTU’s new 2024 scheme which is more updated than the older one, and the faculty trains us to excel in the semester exams.

The reality of MS College of Engineering, Kuttipuram.
Placements: The placement depends upon your skills. Compared to other colleges, we have high placement, and the college has a separate cell for placement. In my course placement rate, I can't tell because there are no passed out student because the course started only 2 years ago, and I have heard the students get placed in companies like Tata and all.
Infrastructure: About infrastructure, it is quite good, we have a nice library, labs, auditorium. The classes have quite good infrastructure. We have Wi-Fi in labs and separate Wi-Fi for normal usage in college, on phones, but we pay for it in 1st year, and canteens are quite okay.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, and the classes are understandable, but the syllabus is less compared to Calicut University. The exams are very tough, and we can predict the questions. One time, they will focus more on theory, but the next time, they will ask more practical questions.
Other: Event, fest these things come very rarely. We feel completely bored on campus, only studying, and I don't recommend anyone to this college. If you want only studying you can come.

Overall a good college with a nice atmosphere.
Placements: Our college has an average placement rate now. The average package is around 4 LP. Amazon, IBM, Infosys, TCS etc companies came to our college and recruited students. The students go to internships in various companies, which are good companies. Overall a nice placement rate.
Infrastructure: Our college has good labs for each department, and the classrooms are good having projectors and a good atmosphere. We have two libraries digital and non digital. They are so good that they have Wi-Fi support in every lab. We have very good sports and games availability.
Faculty: Our college is under APJ Abdulkalam Technological University which have good curriculum and follows its own academic calendar. The curriculum is very relevant and industrial friendly. The exams are in each semester it is not that hard. If you study well you can pass.

It has good infrastructure, faculty support, and an average industry exposure.
Placements: 60-75 percent of students get placed. The lowest package offered is 5.75 LPA, and the highest package ranges from 19.5-40 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are TCS, Infosys, Tata, Wipro, MRF, and IBM. 75 percent of students get internships. Roles like software engineer, core electrical, hardware engineer, quality testing, and technical support are offered here.
Infrastructure: Our college provides Wi-Fi, labs, workshops, a library, learning resources, digital classrooms, and a seminar space. Hostel accommodation is good in terms of infrastructure. The mess provides a good 3-time meal, and there will be a tester before giving it to students. The college has a campus doctor and clinic. Gym and sports facilities are also available.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified. They are good at teaching. The course curriculum is based on KTU. The course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are moderate, and some papers are difficult. The pass percentage is 75-80 percent. Many students feel the syllabus is more theoretical than practical.
Other: I chose this course and college because I am interested in the electrical field and the reputation of the college. We get core knowledge and skills. More practical knowledge and industry experience should be provided. It should also update the syllabus. TKM organises many events, cultural and technical events, by various clubs. The main event is Hestia. Scholarships are also available with eligibility criteria.

It is a good college with a good ambience. There are bad placements.
Placements: Infosys company visits the college for placements. No one is placed yet, and even if placed, they are out by 3 years. They work in other industries, which they have not studied for. The average package offered is about 3 LPA. They give good support for placements if we pass the B.Tech course and clear all exams.
Infrastructure: There is no good Wi-Fi and no proper sports facilities. There is a Kerala government free Wi-Fi in the college, which is very slow. There is no Wi-Fi in the hostel, but they make us pay Rs. 400 per year for it. The canteen is a mess. It does not follow a proper food timetable and serves bad food.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful. The course curriculum is irrelevant and of no use. It does not make students industry-ready, and they end up in another industry that they have not studied. Semester exams are difficult. Even if we give it for evaluation, the result will come only after the supply.
