Review of this college for the bright future of students.
Placements: The lowest package offered in our course is 1 LPA, and the highest package offered in our course is 4 LPA. Some students got internships from our course at our college. Many companies recruit students from our course in our college.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided by our college are Wi-Fi, labs, library, medical facilities, sports and games, etc. Our classrooms are well-cleaned and structured. The hostel building is neat, clean, and well-structured. The quality of food available in the mess and canteen is very good.
Faculty: Our teachers are well-qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable. Teachers of our college have a good nature. The teaching quality of our teachers is very good. Semester exams in our college are not too difficult.
Other: Many activities are also performed in our college.

Disappointing placements with bad faculty .
Placements: Few or no companies visit the campus for placements. Students have to be on their own; they either opt for higher studies, government examination preparation, or look for off-campus jobs. The university intake includes the local crowd, which consequently results in low academic scores, and therefore they do not get good jobs. Thus, they settle for low-paying jobs, but the motive of students is just to get a degree.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very poor, and management is the worst in Kumaun University. The washrooms are very dirty; no sweeper is allotted for the duty. The library only has a little amount of books, with no Wi-Fi facility available. A sports ground is available but is mostly used by local people of the town instead of students. Only promises are made by the Student Administrative Head during selection, though they never fulfill them. Mess food is very hygienic, and medical facility is provided.
Faculty: Faculty are just busy with their own work. They come to the campus just to gossip and don't teach. Neither do they check if students are present in the classrooms or not. The course curriculum is designed so that students can pass the exams. Professors do not support you at any time; they just come to college for their salary as they never teach us.
Other: The campus is full of local goons who just force you to vote for them during elections, making big promises that are not fulfilled afterward. On alternate years, a cultural fest happens, but it is not great. There are no extracurricular activities or societies on the campus. Basic amenities are also not provided.

I am not satisfied with the campus.
Placements: During my time, there were no placement opportunities. Students joined this college take degrees. They either apply for jobs or opt for some higher studies. It was a degree college in which more focus was provided on politics rather than placements. From 2014 to now, they didn't provide any placement offers to the students.
Infrastructure: During my time, in the name of infrastructure, there were only buildings which were divided according to various courses and subjects. Classrooms were not cleaned. There was no canteen. A water cooler was not available in our college. There was a roof and a fan. Sometimes, the fan was also not working properly. There were no hostels in our college. The food served in the canteen was very expensive. Its quality was not good.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college were quite good. They helped us in various ways. It was a government college, so professors and assistant professors were qualified and passed out from well-reputed universities. Some of them were very arrogant. They just completed their syllabus or asked students to study on their own.
Other: I opted for this course because it was budget-friendly. During my time, events were not organised in our college.

I am not satisfied with the campus.
Placements: I pursued a B.Com course from PNG PG government college Ramnagar, which was a part of Kumaun University, and there were no placement opportunities for students. Companies had not visited our college for placement drives. Students had to go for off-campus placement offers. They did not provide any internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is not good. Only a water cooler is available. Sometimes, it also doesn't work properly. A common ground is available in our college where anyone at any time can come and play various games. The ground is commonly used for speeches. Fans are not available in some classrooms.
Faculty: As it is a government college, faculty members are quite good and knowledgeable. Some of the faculty members are supportive. Some don't look behind students. They need to complete their syllabus. The course curriculum is not very relevant. It only prepares students to pass exams. It does not make students industry-ready.
Other: I need a graduation degree, so I opted for this course. Our teachers should focus more on the quality of education they are providing and practical learning.

I am satisfied with the infrastructure of our campus.
Placements: In the final year or last semester, students are eligible for campus placements. Our college does not provide placements for all courses. Placements are available for professional courses. All degrees are valuable because it is a government college. Students have to maintain 65% every semester to get placements.
Infrastructure: Our college provides decent infrastructure. It does not provide many facilities, but they are quite worth it as per the fee. Sometimes, water drips from the roof during training season. There a frequent power cuts in hostels during training season. The quality of the food in the mess and canteen is good. The price is a little bit high.
Faculty: As it is a government college, professors are well-qualified from reputed universities. They have years of experience in teaching. Some of the faculty members are supportive. Some complete their syllabus and leave the class. They don't care whether students are getting or not.
Other: A local singer visits our college for events.

Decent infrastructure, placement, and academics
Placements: By the end of the 6th semester, students are eligible for placement and for an internship after the 4th semester. Since it is a government college, the package is not disclosed, but a decent package is offered by companies to students. Everyone can sit in placement, but the company requires more than 65% overall, so you have to maintain it.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is decent; not many facilities are available, but water drips from some classrooms during the rainy season, and they are not fixing it well. There is no Wi-Fi, but labs are available, and the library is provided by our campus. In the hostel, 3 students share a room, and in some rooms, the quality of bunk beds is good. The menu and quality of food are good as per the feedback.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, except for those who only want to complete their syllabus and don't know how to teach properly. Teaching quality is totally based on the teachers. It's all about how students are studying, not what teachers are teaching. But when I was in college, I don't think it provided education that makes us industry-ready. The exams depended on the subject and syllabus.
Other: Local singers or politicians came as chief guests in our college.

Best college for middle class family .
Placements: Each week, four-hour training sessions are conducted for students, and technical skills training programmes are organised. The highest package offered is 12 lac per annum and the lowest package offered is 5.5 lac per annum in the college.
Infrastructure: Libraries, sports facilities, study rooms and classrooms are available. Wi-Fi and technology support are provided. Hygienic canteen facilities and food services are provided. The college campus and departments are kept clean and tidy. Temperature checks are carried out daily on students and faculty members at the entrance of the college for precautionary measures.
Faculty: All subject teachers provide knowledge in a good way and one-on-one mentoring is provided to each student. Mini projects are conducted in each semester. All skills-based training is provided. Workshops, seminars, and events are organized.
Other: Best college and worth investing two years here.

Dissatisfied with regular classes and availability of books.
Placements: College is good for the student who is preparing for other professional courses. But the placement package is very low at this college and very few students got a better job after completing graduation. This college is for those students who do self-study.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good but the strength of the college is increasing year by year so the infrastructure is lacking for the new batches. The hostel facilities are quite good and besides its NCC and NSS camps are provided on our campus. The availability of books is not up to the strength of the class.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified and have good teaching experience. Their quality of teaching is good. The student gets basic knowledge and to get a job, they can develop the skills and knowledge itself. The exams are quite easy and the passing percentage is 33.
