A good college in terms of ROI and rank.
Placements: Nearly 40% of students get placed. The highest, average, and lowest packages vary from year to year. In recent years, the highest package is 12 LPA, the average package is 4 LPA, and the minimum package is 3 LPA. Companies such as BEL (PSU), Infosys, JSW, and some local companies visit the campus for recruitment. Students with good or even average conceptual understanding get internship opportunities, and the internship rate is close to 100%.
Infrastructure: There are some hostels with Wi-Fi, while others do not have Wi-Fi. Labs are in good to average condition depending on the branch, but the basic requirements are met. The departmental library is not well developed due to infrastructure limitations and limited stock. But it is expected to improve over time. The hostel is excellent for its price range. Although there are occasional compromises in the quality of mess food.
Faculty: Some teachers are very helpful, not only with academics but also with innovation and student ideas. Exams can be quite challenging in certain situations. Students need both knowledge and the confidence to express their answers well to avoid backlogs. The courses are relevant and provide a good foundation, but advanced learning largely depends on the student's own efforts.
Other: All types of clubs, value for money as per ROI, and good opportunities to build connections.

Very good college for the Bachelor's degree.
Placements: About 70 percent of students got placed from my college. The highest package is around 10 LPA, and the lowest package I think is around 1.5 LPA. Banks are the top recruiting companies like HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, etc. The internship is also given to 70 percent of students such as Bank manager, branch manager, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities are very good which are provided by the college to the students. The college gives many facilities like good Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a library. The canteen, medical, and sports are also good but the hostel is not in the college.
Faculty: Teachers are very good. They help students in everything, and teachers' qualifications are also good. The quality of teaching is also very good. If student get better marks they are industry ready. The exam level is moderate and the pass percentage is around 70 to 80 percent.
Other: I chose this course because I want to became a CA in my life. In this course, accounting is taught very well. I think everything is good in my course. The events are also held on a regular basis. The scholarship is also given by the college to the best students.

Classrooms are well maintained, but the sports centre is not.
Placements: Placement is only around 40% in B.Com. Mostly, call centre companies come for placements with salaries around Rs.15,000 and not more. However, in BBA and other professional courses, many companies visit the campus. The lowest package is around 3 LPA, and the highest is around 7 to 11 LPA. I would only recommend B.Com if someone is planning to do CA.
Infrastructure: Sports equipment is very poor, and there is only badminton available. Wi-Fi is available in the college, but they do not provide the password. Food quality is average. They do not provide shuttlecocks or badminton rackets. If the sports room is not in use, they close the sports centre without any advance notice. Canteen chairs are all broken.
Faculty: Almost 50% of the time, the sports centre is closed. Some teachers are helpful, but most of them focus only on attendance rather than whether students are learning or not. In semester exams, some teachers tell questions that will come, while others do not.

A good learning environment is essential to excel and achieve greater success.
Placements: I am from BBA batch of 2025-26. Placements in our course are decent for those who maintain good communication skills and academics. Around 65-70 percent of students got placement opportunities through campus drives. The average package offered is 4 LPA-5 LPA while the highest package for management-related courses went higher depending on skills and interview performance. Some companies from Sales, HR, Banking, Marketing, and Business Development visited the campus.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the university is good and continuously developing. Classrooms are spacious and equipped with projectors and Wi-Fi facilities. Computer labs, library, seminar halls, and activity areas are properly maintained. The library is fully digitalised. Hostel facilities are good with proper cleanliness and security. Mess food is fine. Sports facilities, gym, and medical facilities are available which makes life better for students.
Faculty: Faculty is one of the biggest strengths of the university. Faculty here is very supportive and highly approachable even after the lectures are over. Most of them are industry experts. Curriculum is updated every 6 months and is highly industry-oriented with a part of it overseen by industry experts themselves.
Other: I chose BBA because I wanted to improve my management skills along with communication skills and business understanding before moving to higher studies. One of the key highlights is the practical exposure gained through internships, projects, and industry interactions.

College life can change your life.
Placements: 25% of students are placed out of 100. The highest package is 77.5 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA. Companies like HCL, Hike Education, Maverick Education, etc., visit the campus. Mostly sales roles are offered by the campus. The selection process includes GD, interviews, and tests. Students are evaluated based on these stages.
Infrastructure: All facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and digital AC classrooms are available. Library is fully digital and focuses on innovation and new technology. The college provides good hostel facilities, good quality food in the mess and canteen. Medical facilities are in different blocks, like the D block. Sports and games facilities are available. Sometimes college programs are conducted for two days.
Faculty: All teachers are highly qualified, mostly Ph.D. holders, and very knowledgeable. They provide accurate information to students and focus on improving student knowledge. The course is based on business administration at the master’s level. Exams are conducted semester-wise. Results are based on CGPA and overall performance.
Other: This is a four-year program, and I completed it in four years instead of five. Many fests like Shangrila, Diwali melas, and other events are organized on campus. The college has become my home for learning and growth.
Placements: Placement was also a factor that made me choose PIET over other colleges. Here at PIET, there was a dedicated department for placement known as the Career Advancement Cell. Its work was to provide training and opportunities to students by connecting them with top industries in their domain. Specifically for B. Tech CSE, companies such as Tech Mahindra, Amazon, SAP, and Oracle recruited students through joint placement drives organized by the Career Advancement Cell.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was the first thing that attracted students. In my case, that was true. When I visited the campus, I was amazed by infrastructure. The college offered academic blocks, greenery, aesthetic interiors, dedicated labs, auditorium, and sports facilities. Along with gym, open theatre, and food outlets. Everything was modern and as per students’ convenience. Even with a large number of students, it never felt crowded; it was so well designed that students got their personal space everywhere.
Faculty: Dr. Devendra Prasad was my favorite professor because I was more into sensor networks and IoT. He was an expert in that field. He had years of academic as well as industry experience. The curriculum there was designed according to current developments in the AI industry.
Other: Before choosing PIET for AI & ML, I visited more than 20 colleges to pursue the same course, but some were too expensive, and some with lower fees did not have the infrastructure and facilities needed for the CSE program. At PIET, things were very flexible, and I got what I was looking for.
