LPU attracts a wide range of recruiters across IT, core engineering, consulting, and product companies, and many students get solid offers if they prepare well and build relevant skills. Manipal also has strong industry connections with good companies visiting for campus recruitment, and its alumni network helps with opportunities too. In both cases, your personal effort, project work, and interview preparation play a big role in the kind of placement you get, so being proactive makes a noticeable difference at either university.
