Satisfied because of facilities, but not satisfied with the placement.
Placements: About 99% of students get internships on their selves, mainly in hospitals such as Ojas Hospital Panchkula, Civil Hospital Ambala, Civil Hospital Panchkula, Fortis Hospital Mohali, etc. It is a non-paid internship. The top roles offered is Head Dietitian.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available in my department include Wi-Fi, Food Science Laboratory, Library, Kitchen, General Store, Medical Facilities, Plantation. The quality of facilities in my hostel is good, although not top-notch, but very great. The quality of the food available is not so good, but not too bad. The medical facilities are great, and sports and games are great.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good, although not so great. The course curriculum is relevant and does make students industry-ready. The semester exams are not so difficult if one studies well. The semester exam pass percentage is 80%.
Other: I chose Nutrition and Dietetics because of my passion for good, safe, and nutritious food, as well as ensuring optimal health using nutrition. I wish to improve the curriculum of my course.
