Yes, Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University offers 2 year M.Sc. Programme in full-time mode. The course curriculum for each specialisation is divided into four semesters. M.Sc. Environmental Science, Microbiology, and Biotechnology are offered under the Choice Based Credit System where students can exit the course after successful completion of every semester. Admission to the MDSU M.Sc. Course is merit-based. Candidates seeking admission to Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati University Ajmer M.Sc. Need to meet the eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria may vary based on the specialisation candidate opted for. The basic eligibility criteria is a graduation degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised university or institute. The course fee of the M.Sc. The admission process for majority of the courses at MDSU are merit-based. However, candidates wishing to apply to B.Ed or MEd are required to go through an entrance-based admission process. Candidates are judged over their performance in entrance exams such as PTET.

University of Rajasthan (UNIRAJ) has more affiliated colleges than MDSU Ajmer. Therefore, UNIRAJ provides more BA seats than MDSU. In addition to that the tuition fees of colleges affiliated with UNIRAJ is much less than MDSU Ajmer. A candidate pursuing BA at UNIRAJ will have to pay in the range of INR 6,600 – INR 3.6 lakh, whereas the BA tution fee at MDSU is in the range of INR 57,000 – INR 91.2 lakh.
