The university offers UG and PG courses across various specilisations such as Engineering, Management, Science, Arts, Medical, and others. To get admission to MBA at MJPRU, candidtaes have to appear and qualify for CUET PG exam, which is conducted every year by NTA. Further, after qualifying for CUET PG entrance exam, candidates have to register for UPTAC Counselling process, which is conducted by AKTU annually. For MJPRU BTech course admissions, candidates must pass JEE Main entracce with a valid score. This is a national-level entrance exam conducted for all the BTech aspirants. Candidates who qualify for JEE Main entrance exam are required to fill an online application form for admission on the official website of MJPRU. All the JEE Mai qualifiers can submit their scorecard and other qualificational documents by email as per the notification released by the university.

The University has a separate hostel for boys and girls. The main hostel has accommodation for over 250 students. Moreover, the hostel facilities include water coolers, common rooms, phones, xerox machines, Sports Facilities, Canteen, Mess Facility, T.V. facilities, Vehicle Stand, etc.

LLB is a PG level programme that can be pursued after qualifying an undergraduate degree. According to the report, 41 BPharma students were placed during the placement drive held in the year 2023. Moreover, the median package offered to BPharma students stood at INR 4.75 LPA. Yes, MJPRU BPharma admissions accepted CUET-UG scores for BPharma admissions. Thus, students seeking admission to this programme must have a valid CUET score. Based on these scores, students are ranked and allocated a seat. Moreover, the students must also fulfill the eligibility requirements prescribed by the university.

MJPRU Bareilly admissions are both merit and entrance-based for respective UG and PG courses.
