Mangalore University does accept the scores of its university-level entrance exam for admissions to MA courses. Moreover, on the official website of the university, the accepted scores of Karnatka PGCET are not mentioned anywhere. However, the university is affiliated with various colleges. So, there are chances that some of the university-affiliated colleges might accept the scores of the Karnataka PGCET for admissions to MA courses. To get a better clarification, candidates are suggested to directly reach out to the admission department of the university/ affiliated-colleges.

The university offers UG, PG, PhD, PG Diploma and certificate programmes in various streams such as Management, Commerce, Arts, Science and Technology. Admission to several courses is offered based on the valid scores of accepted exams such as Karnataka PGCET, KCET, CAT, MAT, GMAT, CMAT, and other equivalent examinations. Candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 35% to 45% in Class 12 and 45% to 50% in graduation.

Mangalore University offers admission to various UG, PG, PhD, Certificate and PG Diploma courses on the basis of merit and accepted entrance exams. Candidates must secure a minimum aggregate in Class 12 for UG level admissions and graduation for PG level course admissions. Apart from this, candidates must qualify respective entrance exams for the preferred courses.
