The placement cell is very good.

Placements: Our batch had decent placement, with nearly 75–85 percent placed. The highest package offered was 10 LPA, the lowest package was 3.5 LPA, and the average package was around 4.5–5 LPA. Top companies that came included Capgemini and Cognizant. About 70% secured internships through the campus. Overall, we had good exposure for placements.

Infrastructure: Our department had well-equipped classes with projectors. Wi-Fi-enabled labs and a good library with proper books were available. The hostel facilities were good, with clean rooms and washrooms. The mess food was average but hygienic, while the canteen offered a better variety. Basic medical treatment was available, and there was a tie-up with a nearby hospital. Sports like cricket, football, badminton, and many more sports grounds.

Faculty: Teachers in our college were well-qualified and approachable, which made the learning interesting. The good teachers had strong subject knowledge and guided us with practical insight. The course curriculum was fairly relevant and included both theoretical and practical aspects. The semester exams were generally not very tough, and around 85-90% of students passed easily.

Other: I chose this course because of my core interest in forensics and cybersecurity. At Medicaps, practical exposure and labs were very good. If I had to suggest improvements, I would recommend working on tie-ups with product-based companies and updating the content to match industry trends. For events, the college had multiple clubs that organized events from time to time. Last year, Darshan Rawal came for the Moonstone SBEST concert.

B.Sc (Forensic science) is a 3 year course and its fee is 1.85 lakh. The eligibility is science stream in 10+2 as per your marks it is very easy for you to get the seat here.
