NIIT University MTech Eligibility & Highlights 2026
NIIT University has industry-integrated full-time, five-year MTech courses for working professionals, engineering or postgraduate students in five specialisations. Candidates can also pursue a two-year MTech (GIS) & (ET) in full-time mode course. Admission is entrance-based. Candidates will be selected based on national-level/ institute-level entrance exams. Additional Eligibility Requirement For:
MTech GIS
- Applicant must have a master's degree in either Remote Sensing, Geoinformatics, Geomatics, Environmental Sciences, GI Sciences, Geology, Physical Sciences, Ecology, or Anthropology.
- or A master's degree in the related area
- or Bachelor's degree in either Engineering, Technology or Architecture.
- First division [T15] score in two exams out of class X, XII or bachelor's and second division in the third examination.
- At least 50% marks are mandatory for a bachelor's degree
NIIT University Neemrana also offers a two-year MTech Cyber Security programme in association with Infosys. As part of the programme, students are required to complete a total of 76 credits spread over 15 courses where they'd spend the first year at NIIT University campus pursuing a specialisation in any one relevant area while spending the second year at the Infosys campus.
