During the 2023 placements, 85% of BA LLB (Hons) and 93% of LLM students were placed. Earlier, 60% of BA LLB (Hons) and 22% of LLM students were placed during the 2022 drive. RMLNLU Lucknow Cutoff 2026 was out for Round 1 for admission to BA LLB (Hons) and LLM programme for students under the All India quota. The Round 1 closing cutoff rank for the General AI students was 747 for the BA LLB (Hons) course. For the same category, the Round 1 closing rank for Master of Law (LLM) course was 290, indicating that the competition for this course is higher than the BA LLB (Hons) course.

Out of 27 LLM graduates, 25 were placed during the 2023 placements. On the other hand, 148 out of 174 BA LLB (Hons) students were placed. The application process for PhD and PG Diploma courses is conducted on the official website of NLU Lucknow. Whereas, for admission to BA LLB and LLM courses, candidates must register for CLAT exam at consortiumofnlus.ac.in. The registration process is common for all UG & PG courses. Hi Aryan CLAT Eligibility: Academic Qualification A candidate must have secured minimum marks required in 12th standard, as per the category to which s/he belongs: For Unreserved /OBC /Specially Able Persons (SAP) and other categories -A minimum of 45% marks required. For SC/ST Category -A minimum of 40% marks required.

After the CLAT 2025 Revised Result, Round 1 seat allotment has been released by RMLNU Lucknow. Aspirants would have to decide whether they want to accept, revise or withdraw from the seat allotment process before the final date for the new counselling registration round gets over. Those who want an upgrade will be required to pay a confirmation fee to secure their seat at the institution.

The CLAT 2025 admission process, which is completely online, will be concluded after 5 rounds. The process included registration, merit list result and then the seat allotment process according to candidates' preferences. Candidates have the choice to either accept, upgrade or exit from their assigned seat at any counselling rounds. For those who accept their assigned seat, they can then pay the counselling and admission fee as needed to complete their admission process.

Yes, though there is no separate application fee for applying to RMLNLU students must pay application fees to register for the CLAT exam and counselling process through which students are selected. 
The CLAT application fee is INR 4000 for both UG and PG level admissions. This fee can be paid online through Net Banking.

To get the RMLNLU requires a strong score on the CLAT (Common Law Admission Test). Scoring around 70-75 in mocks can be a good starting point, being a OBC candidate, since some NLUs have reserved seats for OBC categories, which increases your chances to get the college for that reserved seat.

If you not got a seat in RMLNLU, you can significantly improve your CLAT score. Aim for consistent practice and focus on your preparation in the months leading up to the exam.
