RMLNLU PG Diploma is a full-time course with a duration of one year. This course is offered across three specialisations, such as Media Law, Entertainment and Ethics, Intellectual Property Rights and Criminal Justice. Offered in a full-time mode, candidates seeking admission must fulfil the eligibility criteria for the PG Diploma at RMLNLU as mentioned below:

NLU Lucknow offers B.A. LLB (Hons.), LL.M. (One year), and PhD programmes. For B.A. For LLB admission, candidates must have passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination from a recognised Board, and LLM admission requires B.A. LL.B. (Hons.)/B.Sc. LL.B. (Hons.) degree of RMNLU Lucknow or LLB five years or LLB.three years degree of a recognised university.
The application process for PhD and PG Diploma courses is conducted on the official website of NLU Lucknow. Whereas, for admission to BA LLB and LLM courses, candidates must register for CLAT exam at consortiumofnlus.ac.in. The registration process is common for all UG & PG courses. To get admission to NLU Lucknow, candidates must go through a multi-step selection process. For admission to UG & PG courses such as BA LLB and LLM, candidates must apply and qualify for CLAT exam. Further, for admission to PhD course, the university conducts RMNLU Writtent Test. After the commencement of all the selection rounds, candidates are notified through merit list. Later on, the shortlisted candidates must pay an admission fee to secure their seats.

NLU Lucknow also provides the Central Sector Scholarship Scheme of Top Class Education for SC/ST Students. Under this scheme, five eligible students of the SC/ST category are provided scholarships which include reimbursement of full tuition fee, living expenses of INR 2,220 per month, books & stationery of INR 3,000- per year and computer/accessories up to INR 45,000 per year per student.

Yes, though there is no separate application fee for applying to RMLNLU students must pay application fees to register for the CLAT exam and counselling process through which students are selected.

The NLU Lucknow CLAT Cutoff 2026 was released till round 2 for all categories under the All India quota. For the PWD AI category, the round 2 for the BA LLB (Hons) course was 16485. On the other hand, for the LLM course, the cutoff was 5286. Students can click here to know the round 1 and round NLU
