Noida International University BTech Courses & Fees 2023: Eligibility & Selection

NIU offers a four year BTech programmes in nine specialisations. The University awards a BTech (Hons) degree on completion of entire programme to the students with a high CGPA score through all the eight semesters. For seeking admission, candidates need to pass Class 12 from a recognised board with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational as compulsory subjects and a minimum of 55 per cent aggregate. Eligible candidates are further shortlisted and granted seats to the specialisations of their preference based on NSAT score. JEE Main-qualified candidates are also preferred for admission. *Note: The University also grants lateral entry admission to its BTech programme. In such a case, the course duration reduces to three years. A candidate needs to possess a diploma degree in Engineering or a three-year BSc degree with a minimum of 50 per cent aggregate to be eligible for the programme. Lateral entry to eligible candidates is granted based on merit and seat availability.

For BTech-IBM:

In addition to above BTech specialisations, NIU also offers two more BTech specialisations in association with International Business Machines (IBM). Admission to a four-year BTech-IBM programme is based on aggregate obtained by a candidate in Class 12. Given below is the specialisation-specific eligibility requirement for seeking admission:

NIU offers two dual degree programmes in the fields of Engineering and Management. Candidates are shortlisted for any of the two programmes based on NSAT score obtained by the eligible candidates.
