Getting admission to Oriental University for a BSc is not very difficult. There is no entrance exam required to get admitted into the programme. The minimum aggregate in Class 12 required to be eligible for BSc admission at the university is also not very high. Candidates need to secure a minimum of 50% in Class 12 to be eligible to apply for various BSc courses. Oriental University starts accepting early bird registrations for various programmes typically in February. The early bird registration for BSc at the university commenced on Feb 2026. Oriental University admits students to its MBA programme through multiple counselling rounds. The last date to apply for these counselling rounds varies from year to year. In 2024, the registrations for the first admission round were concluded on April 30, 2024. The university has recently concluded its fourth admission round on August 14, 2024. The fifth (last) admission round commenced on August 15, 2024. The last date to apply for the final admission round has not been released by the university yet. It will be based on the government guidelines.

NTA has announced the JEE Main 2026 exam date for Session 2. JEE Main 2026 Session 2 exam will be held from 2nd April 2026 to 9th April 2026. The JEE Main Application Form 2026 for Session 2 will be available on the website jeemain.nta.nic.in.
