Oriental University BTech Courses & Fees 2025: Eligibility, Selection, Placements

The Oriental University BTech admission process starts with applying for the entrance exam. The university admits students to its BTech programme based on their merit in JEE (main). Hence, candidates seeking admission to the Oriental University Btech programme must appear for the JEE (Main) exam. Candidates with a valid entrance exam score can proceed to register for the counselling by following the steps given below:

STEP 1: Visit the official website of Oriental University at www.oui.edu.in

STEP 2: Click on the "Admission" tab on the home page

STEP 3: Fill out the registration form

STEP 4: Registered users can proceed to fill out the application form containing the personal and academic details of the applicant

STEP 5: Upload the required documents, submit the application fee and submit the application form

STEP 6: Based on the entrance exam scores, the university will call the shortlisted candidates for counselling in various rounds

STEP 7: Seats will be allotted to the candidates who clear the cut-off for the particular round of counselling

STEP 8: Selected candidates must confirm their admission by submitting the Oriental University BTech fee for the first year

The final step in the process of Oriental University admission is to submit the fee applicable to the shortlisted candidates, based on their BTech stream/specialisation. The total fee payable across the four years of BTech at the university ranges between INR 1.1 lakh and INR 3.2 lakh. Oriental University offers the 'OU-ASPIRE Scholarship' to students enrolled in various courses at the university. Students pursuing BTech at the university are also eligible to apply for the scholarship. The Oriental University scholarship is provided as a rebate on the tuition fee. OU-Aspire is awarded to the applicants based on their merit in JEE (Main) or Higher Senior Secondary (HSC). Students can apply for the scholarship while applying for admission to the programme. Those who apply during the first round of BTech admissions (latest by April 30) get an early bird rebate on the tuition fee. Other categories under which the OU-Asprie scholarships are awarded are merit-based, OU employee, OU alumni, BPL card holder, single parent, PwD, EWS, national-level player, state-level player, etc.
