Q: What is TSBIE cutoff for B.Sc at Osmania University?
A:
After qualifying for the exam one has to check the cutoff for a particular college and a particular course. After checking for the particular course one has to apply for counseling and after counseling one can pay the fees. For, clearing the exam the cutoff was 25 percent and to become eligible score the candidate must score a minimum of 50 marks for the general category. The SC/ST candidates are eligible at 20 marks out of 200 and they can apply for counseling after that and they can also secure their seats by paying the fees. The minimum score for OBC Category was 25.

Placements: The minimum number of students who studied in our college got placed. The highest package offered in our course is 34 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are Amazon and Infosys.
Infrastructure: All the facilities at our college are very helpful to students. We have all types of facilities, like Wi-Fi, classrooms, labs, and a library. The quality of the hostels is very good, and the food is also very nice.
Faculty: All the teachers are very helpful, and they are also knowledgeable and qualified. By them, we can easily learn all the material studied, write the exams, and succeed in those exams. Also, the course is relevant to the curriculum, and the pass percentage is 90 percent.

A little bit disappointed with internships and placements.
Placements: As of now, due to the ongoing recession, placements are very low, and only 30 percent of students are getting placed. The highest package is around 20 LPA, and it is offered to two students. Internships are very rare from the college side. If students want internships, they can try from outside, and they are very well encouraged to do so.
Infrastructure: We have super cool classrooms and Wi-Fi-enabled labs for every needed subject. Labs are well-equipped with all facilities and software needed. In addition to software labs, we also have electrical, mechanical, and civil-related labs on our campus.
Faculty: Most of our teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They are also very helpful to students and clear all doubts. The course curriculum of our college is highly relevant. Semester exams are a little tough, and the examination process is also strict.

It is the best college for the B.Sc in data science course.
Placements: Last year, around 76 percent of students got placed. The highest package offered is 24 LPA, and the lowest package is 7 LPA. Top hiring firms are Mu Sigma, Quantiphi, and Axis Bank. Placement programs are frequently given. The top positions offered are data manager, data storyteller, etc. Many students get internships.
Infrastructure: Facilities are excellent here. There is Wi-Fi throughout the campus. Classrooms have high-quality screens and sound. We have a completely stocked library. The hotel is excellent, with delicious food and comfortable accommodation. It provides free Wi-Fi and other services. The college also has clinics.
Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified and experienced. They have information and are prepared to share it with us. They are polite and always clear our doubts. In the clinic, we are taught the most recent and modern research procedures. Semester exams are difficult. The pass rate is 70 percent.

It has been a great experience joining this.
Placements: Approximately 30 to 40 students got placed from my course, with the highest package of 4 LPA and the lowest of 1.5 LPA, and many of them had even joined many internships in big companies like Tata and Amazon. Roles depended on the students' performance, depending on the skills.
Infrastructure: Everything is the latest, including lab systems. The labs at our college are generally a mix of focused activity and slight chaos. They often sell faintly of flux or disinfectant, echoing with the quiet hum of equipment and the occasional frantic whisper of students troubleshooting a circuit or calibrating an instrument. It's where the real learning happens, hands-on, often late into the day, leaving everyone feeling mentally drained but satisfied.
Faculty: All the facilities are highly qualified. The faculty are the experienced folks. The professors and teachers who guide us are often incredibly knowledgeable about their niche, but sometimes busy with their own research. The curriculum is the road map, paced with a mix of core subjects you absolutely need and electives that let you explore what you actually find interesting. It's usually a dash of theory, a lot of problem-solving, and some hands-on project work to apply the concepts.

Had plenty of memories in college life.
Placements: In our MPCS department, 30 percent of students got placed in good companies. At ITC Bhadrachalam, 2 students got placed with a package of 6 LPA. Placements are good. The college provides us with internships. Companies like Amazon, Accenture, ITC, TCS, and so on visit for placements.
Infrastructure: The college has smart classrooms, seminar halls, labs, and a library. A canteen is also available with a variety of food options. The hostel facility is good, offering a wide variety of tiffins, lunch, and dinner menu. Snacks are also provided in the evening. NCC is also available, which helps in academics.
Faculty: All the MPCS faculty help us during classes and exams. In MPCS, our branch pass percentage is more than 70 percent. For our branch, subjects like Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Science, and designing software such as AutoCAD and ANSYS are also included.

Absolutely satisfied with our college.
Placements: In our college, we have great campus placement opportunities with the highest package for our course being 20 LPA and the lowest package being 3 LPA. The recruiting companies like Amazon, Flipkart, TCS, and Wipro offered more jobs. There are top roles offered from our course.
Infrastructure: We have Wi-Fi, the library is good, and the classrooms are neat and clean. The facilities in the hostel are good, such as washing machines and shared beds. Food available in the canteen is good, and the prices are very reasonable. We have a ground to play sports.
Faculty: The faculty is very well trained, and their teaching quality is very good. Here, teachers are very helpful towards the students. The course curriculum is updated regularly, with the semester exams being easy, so we can pass easily in all subjects, and the pass percentage is 60 percent.
