These two colleges are reputed throughout India, both have their own merits and oppurtunities to offer. The choice between the two depends on various factors such as faculty expertise, infrastructure, research opportunities, campus environment, placement records, and personal preferences. You may need a deep dive comparision in each category, as it may be distinct or even similar. We cannot say the course is "better" in one college than the other one by a few factors. It all boils down to personal choice, and preference. You might want to do a comparative study on both the college regarding the oppurtunities they offer and make the choice based on the oppurtunites, exposure, skill set and skill builds provided by the universities before making the final preferred choice.

While a 75 percentile in PUCET is a decent score, it's difficult to guarantee your admission to the M.Com programme at UBS Chandigarh solely based on that due to the following reasons:1. UBS Chandigarh Admission Process:Admission to M.Com at UBS Chandigarh considers multiple factors beyond just PUCET scores. These include:Previous academic record: Your academic performance in your bachelor's degree plays a significant role.Work experience (if applicable): Relevant work experience can be a valuable asset.Statement of purpose and letter of recommendation: These documents provide insights into your motivations and potential.Group Discussion and Personal Interview: Your performance in these rounds helps assess your communication skills, personality, and fit for the program.2. Cutoff Variations:The cut-off for PUCET scores varies every year based on factors like the number of applicants, their overall profiles, and programme availability.A 75 percentile might have been sufficient in a previous year but may not be enough for the current year.3. Limited Information:Unfortunately, I don't have information on the specific PUCET score cut-off for M.Com at UBS Chandigarh for the current year. Here's what you can do:Visit the official UBS Chandigarh website for the latest information on M.Com admissions:Contact the admissions office directly to inquire about the cut-offs for the current year.Consider using online resources like Shiksha to get an estimate of previous year's cut-offs.Remember, even if your PUCET score doesn't meet the cut-off, a strong overall profile with excellent academic performance, relevant work experience, and a compelling application can still increase your chances of admission.I hope this information helps!

Selection process for B.A. LL.B through PU UGLAW:The selection process for B.A. LL.B (Hons.) at Panjab University, Chandigarh, is done through both merit and entrance examination basis. Here's a breakdown:Eligibility:You must have passed the 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of SC/ST/BC/PwD) from any recognised Board/University.Some institutes might have additional requirements like specific subjects in 10+2.Entrance Exam:You need to appear for the Panjab University Law Entrance Test (PU UGLAW).The exam format and syllabus may vary, so confirm the latest details on the official website closer to the application period.Merit:Your 10+2 marks are also considered alongside the PU UGLAW score. The weightage given to both components might vary depending on the institute.Overall Selection:A merit list is prepared based on a combined score of PU UGLAW and 10+2 marks.Seats are allocated based on this merit list and reservation criteria.Minimum PU UGLAW percentile:It's challenging to give a definite percentile requirement as it varies every year depending on the competition level and number of available seats. However, generally, a higher percentile implies better chances of securing a seat.
