There is a good infrastructure, qualified teachers, bad placements, no industrial training.
Placements: There is no chance of placements if you are doing MCA at Punjab Agriculture University. However, it is expected that in few years there is a scope for placements. MCA has started this year only. In future, I think there is a chance for placements, but not for now.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good in PAU. You will be given access to the high-speed internet along with many facilities. The hostels are good with well-maintained rooms, and the food is much better than the other hostels at a very economical price. Labs are fully air-conditioned, and you can access to labs till 5 pm with high-speed internet. The library is good with a good collection of books. It is a 4 storeyed building with helpful staff, and you can also participate in thousands of games which are held within the college at state, national and international levels.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, very well-qualified and have a great of knowledge in the subject they teach. But there is one thing bad about PAU is we have to study external subjects like technical writing, human values etc. which are of no use. We are MCA students, and I don't think we need to study those subjects. But anyhow, the teachers are well-qualified, but you won't get industry exposure here.
Other: Every year, PAU organises a lot of events in which you can participate and exhibit your skills. Recently, an exhibition was organised in our college in which, the scientists from all over the world came to see our college's exhibition.

NCERT books are so basics and I think you should prefer NCERT book of class 10th for math and science. English section consists of vocabulary and basic concept so no need to word. You have to revise only tense and synonyms, antonyms and verb. Alos agronomy is of basic level.
