Totally satisfied with infrastructure and faculty, bit disappoint and concerned about placements.

Placements: Compared to other courses and colleges, our college offers less placements for the law department, as it is still in its budding stage. Even though some students secure good placements with packages around 5 LPA, the number is very less. Also, many students chose higher studies over jobs. Talking about internships, every year our college provides opportunities. Last year, internships were offered at the Karnataka Legal Services Authority, and before that, at an NGO based in Udupi. Our department also provides teacher assistant positions as part of the internship.

Infrastructure: Talking about infrastructure, our college has the best facilities. They provide us all we need, including a study area. We have four different libraries, including one exclusively for the law department, which has a collection of even rare books. There is also a three-storied central library and an international-level moot court hall. We have courts for basketball, volleyball, badminton, and tennis, with a highly structured gym facility for students. There are six canteens that provide clean food at affordable prices. The campus includes one boys’ hostel and four girls’ hostels within walking distance.

Faculty: Our college provides the best faculty members, and everyone excels in their fields. We have a filtered curriculum with two internal exams and one end-semester exam. We also have presentations, assignments, and research papers for each subject. The syllabus and grading are of moderate to high difficult.

Other: Ours is one of the few colleges in Bangalore that offer the BBA LL.B. Hons course. We have a great student population of around 12,000 across various programs. Our campus is lively, with events happening almost every day. The college believes in practical studies, so every year we have activities like moot court competitions, client counselling competitions, treaty negotiation competitions, etc.

Might not have been my first choice but the course is very good.

Placements: Almost 80% of the students in my course were placed though most of them acquired jobs through internships mostly which the university helps you with throughout your course. The highest placement acquired was 15 Lacs and 5 Lacs being the lowest placement.

Infrastructure: The university infrastructure is really with almost very facility present. The classrooms are very modern and technology friendly. It has multiple libraries and cafeterias across the campus with a huge range of options. The gyms and sports being the best among most universities in India.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and qualified. The curriculum is good too with extra courses available. Many department clubs with various activities taking place over the course of the year with the 24hour stay on campus competitions being the most unique ones.

I am satisfied with this college.

Placements: All students got placed with decent salary packages. Almost 95% of students got internships in our course. The top recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, Accenture, and Dell. The highest salary package offered was 25 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 6 LPA.

Infrastructure: Students are very satisfied with this college. Our college is clean. The infrastructure and facilities are very good. The food served in the hostel is good. Our campus life is also good.

Faculty: The teaching quality is very good. They always explain very well. The course curriculum is relevant to make students ready for the industry. Semester exams are good and we can score good marks. The question paper and answer booklets are standard. Answer sheets are scanned.

I'm satisfied with the infrastructure, but it can include more extracurricular activities.

Placements: So 80-90% of students from my course got placed in top companies, and most of us managed to get jobs through campus placement. The highest salary package offered in our course is around 25 to 26 LPA. The average package is roughly around 11-13 LPA. Some of the top companies include KPMG, Deloitte, HDFC Bank, TCS, DELL, etc. Around 80-95% students got internships, and some companies offering internships are Wipro and Accenture. The roles offered through placement and internships are legal advisory, business development, legal research, and consulting.

Infrastructure: Facilities are quite excellent, including Wi-Fi for all and a specialised library for law. The quality of the hostel is also nice, but the food is not so much appreciated in the canteen, and it takes a lot of time to get prepared. There are quite a few sports games like football, basketball, badminton, etc. Including the top infrastructure courts for each sport.

Faculty: The teachers are quite helpful and are also qualified, where in the majority of them are professors, while some teachers are too strict and do not understand or think from the students' point of view. Semester exams are quite difficult, and the pass percentage is around 80. Students are pressured for on-time submission for PPT research paper, etc.

PES University has all the qaulities of a tier 1 university. PES University is located in Bangalore and is a UGC-recognised university. It has also been accredited by the NAAC with grade A+. The university has good placements and scholarships.
