PES University Bangalore MBA Courses & Fees 2025: Admission Dates, Seats, Eligibility & Application

PES University MBA admission is a multi-step process. Candidates are first required to register for the MBA programme followed by meeting the selection requirements. The admission to MBA course is based on national or university-level entrance exam scores. Check below the steps to follow for getting into PES University:

1.1 Visit the official website of PESSAT (www.pessat.com) and click on the ‘Admission’ tab.

1.2: Choose the course in which you wish to seek admission.

1.3: Fill in your details like your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID in the appeared registration form and hit the 'Submit' button.

1.4: Make a payment of INR 1,200 as an application fee. Once the fee payment is done, enter the transaction number and tap 'proceed to Fill Application' link to complete the application process.

1.5: Proceed with application form and upload the scanned images of your recent passport-size photograph, thumb impression and other necessary enclosures in JPG/ JPEG format.

1.6: Verify all your filled details and hit 'Submit' to conclude the application process.

Documents required at the time of application

List of required documents to be submitted with PESSAT application form:

• UG marksheet
• Character certificate
• Transfer certificate
• Migration/ Provisional certificate
• Domicile certificate
• Caste certificate
• Passport-size photograph

Step 2: Slot Booking

After submission of the form, the candidates have to book a slot for the exam. This step is valid for candidates appearing for PESSAT. Once they have booked their slot, PESSAT admit card will be issued. Candidates must download their admit card

Step 3: Selection Rounds

PES University shortlists candidates based on entrance exam scores. PESSAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ CAT/ GMAT/ GRE scores are considered for MBA admission. The selected candidates are further called for GDPI round. Candidates appearing through PGCET should get the admission order from PGCET cell after attending counseling.Aspirants preparing for the university exam, must check PESSAT exam pattern and syllabus.

Step 4: Counselling & Admission Confirmation

The university releases PESSAT results after the exam is conducted. After final selection, shortlisted aspirants are called for PESSAT Counselling. Candidates need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university.

The University offers several scholarships to its meritorious students. PES University MBA scholarships are awarded to students fulfilling the prescribed criteria. The students are screened on various parameters and offered fee waiver scholarships at the end of every academic year.

• MRD scholarships: If a student is among the top 20% in their section in terms of CGPA for a particular academic year, then the student will get a tuition fee waiver of 40% for the next academic year of study
• Distinction awards: If a student secures a CGPA of 7.75 or above for a particular year, then the student will receive a cash prize as a distinction award
• Rural scholarships: The University offers free engineering education for a selected number of students coming from rural backgrounds every year
• Research assistantship: Students showing keen research intent can work under professors as research associates and can be compensated for it
• Prof. CNR Rao Scholarships: In this scholarship, a 50% of tuition fee refund is provided to the top 5% of the students. The students are shortlisted based on their merit. It is applicable for all years except for the final year of study.
