The college is great for doing Masters in Social Work.
Placements: The college does not have a placement service for students pursuing a masters in social work. However, there are ample opportunities in the open market for graduates. Students can join NGOs or institutions that focus on social and allied sectors. The college does help students get placed, but there is no specific company that can be named for placement purposes.
Infrastructure: The facilities and the infrastructure of the college are really good the campus of the college is really big and huge, and it provides us with all the facilities, such as Wi-Fi, labs and also a library. The quality of the facilities in our hostel is good the food quality in the mess was also decent.
Faculty: The faculty members in our college are really good. They make sure that none of the students are in trouble and each of their problems is solved carefully and on time. The students get industry-ready by the end of the 2nd semester and get placed by the end of the third semester.

    My review of this college.
Placements: Placement is best in college. I was the placement representative of my department. Management tries to bring every company possible to the college. But the students take it so lightly that it causes them an issue. I got placed at CTS, which is held in Pondicherry University. Every faculty member helps students prepare for placement. I give full marks for the management to provide these kind of support. Internships is not taken in that much care by the college.
Infrastructure: It is a wonderful course curriculum in the sense that everything has been covered thoroughly to make the graduate eligible for the NET exam. The fieldwork curriculum is also strong on paper, but tends to fail when applied practically in most cases. I have lived in three hostels under three setups. The first one was a shared dormitory in Cauvery Hostel, then a single-sharing room in Madam Curie and finally a triple sharing room in Narmada. I find the hostels to be quite comfortable.
Faculty: Course curriculum is very fine, but the faculty is still a bit of concern. Few good faculty members are there, but to find the best is still a search for the college. The head of the department is one of the few in the department who is a bit exposed to industry standards. Others are just bookworms. The teaching staff are all research professionals with hands-on years of experience in the profession. Almost all faculty members have Ph. D.s and many more. However, they are student-friendly in supporting students at different levels and have many contacts to directly send you to a job.

PU‑CET (UG) has different papers for different subjects. Applicants must choose subjects based on the course they want. Each subject is a separate MCQ paper with its own marks. Your overall score is the total of the papers you attempt.

When filling the PU-CET form for UG courses, one must choose preferred cities. The university assigns the exam centre based on their choices and available seats. The exact centre name and address are given on the hall ticket.
