Apart from the full-time programmes, the University offers distance education programmes in the field of Management, Commerce, Arts, Business Administration and more. Admission to all these programmes is done on the basis of merit.

BBA and BCom are offered at the UG level. The course duration of both programmes is three years. Candidates who have done Class 12 can apply for these programmes. The final selection of students is based on the HSC scores.
Apart from the UG programmes, the University offers three PG programmes under distance education. MCom, MA and MBA are offered with a course duration of two years. A candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in the relevant stream to be eligible for these programmes. The final selection of students will be based on the graduation scores.

Absolutely satisfied because of campus life, good faculties, and good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Talking about placements on this campus, it's very few. Less than 50% of students are getting placed. Top recruiting companies are multinational companies. Only a lesser percentage. Top roles offered are finance analyst and finance manager.

Infrastructure: Our department is the biggest in the university. Our department has good infrastructure, good facilities, and an atmosphere. We have campus Wi-Fi all over the department. We also have two 24-hour working libraries. A total of 20 hostels are on this campus. For boys and girls, separate hostels with good infrastructure and atmosphere.

Faculty: Teachers in our department are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is great. The interactions with teachers are very comfortable and friendly. The course curriculum is, of course, relevant. In my opinion, the semester exams are quite easy.

Other: I chose the course M.Com in business finance specialization. I chose this course because I'm really interested in studying this topic. A lot of events happen on our campus, and we celebrate all of the events. Scholarships are available to all students. Extracurricular activities like sports and arts. Everything is possible here.

It has a really good campus and academics.

Placements: Many students get placed in my course. There are 70 above students in my class. I came to know that a low percentage of students only get placed in my course. Top recruiting companies that hire students are banks, etc. All students are required to do internships. The top roles offered by my course are business and finance-related roles.

Infrastructure: Our department is a big department. It includes B.Com, M.Com, MBA, and PhD courses. All classes have air-conditioning and Wi-Fi facilities. We also have a computer lab and a library for all students. The hostel is great. It has good quality and tasty food. We also have a medical center and for sports, indoor and outdoor stadiums.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is really good. The course curriculum is relevant. I feel the syllabus is pretty easy than other universities. Semester exams are not a big deal. In my experience, exams are almost easy for me. The pass percentage is 100%.

Placements: Around 10% of students got placed in our course. The average salary package offered was 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Cognizent, and Federal Bank. The top roles offered are financial modeling and financial reporting.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, washroom, bedroom, etc., are good. Medical facilities are average. The food served in the hostel is not good. Our campus is fully protected with guards.

Faculty: The teaching quality is excellent. All are focused on concepts rather than random teaching, and they will not let us roam without completing homework, especially Dr. S. Shijin.

Good facilities and highly qualified faculty members are offered by the university.

Placements: M.Com Accounting and Taxation is one of the best courses in India offered by our department. In the case of placements, less than 15% of students are placed in our batch through campus placements. Most banks visit to hire through campus. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA. The course is very useful for those students who are looking for research.

Infrastructure: At PU, hostels are awesome with a green campus and provide good facilities.

Faculty: Professors are highly qualified and have high-level subject knowledge. The curriculum is completely focused on research in accounting and taxation. Exams are not very difficult. Practical exams are also conducted so it's very useful for career growth. Students who are looking to work in reputed firms like large four can choose this program. The department offers database access from Bloomberg and CEI for the best research experience. Students who are looking to take a doctorate programme have the best scope in this program because the course is highly research-oriented and provides the best experience.

Other: The course is very helpful to learn all fields of accounting with forensic accounting.

It is one of the best university in India because of its infrastructure and teaching quality.

Placements: Maximum students from M.Com (business finance, accounting and taxation) were selected for jobs through campus placements. The salary offered was Rs. 15,000-20,000 per month which is based on the city where they are going for the job. As per fresher, if it is a metropolitan city, then the offer was different. Job profiles like an accountant, tax consultant, junior marketing officer, auditing officer, etc., were offered. Around 20-30% of students got placed, and they are well settled.

Infrastructure: It is central university, and its infrastructure is far better than other institutions. Facilities like 24 hours Wi-Fi facility with full speed internet. Labs are good. All computers are updated with the latest version. All classrooms are equipped with projectors, air-conditioners, black and whiteboard. The library has thousand of course books for various department students and even other books available. The library timing is 8 am to 10 pm, and the reading room is open till 12 o clock. The college provides free medical checkup and free medical facilities. For sports, the university gives much importance. Almost every type of playground is available here. The food served is quite different. However, there is a variety of food along with lunch and dinner. The canteen also serves breakfast and evening snack. Overall the food quantity and quality is good. Hostel room facilities are good. Facilities like electricity, switchboard, water connection, Wi-Fi facility, bed, table, chair, cupboard, fans, etc., are available. I did not face any issues regarding the infrastructure of the college.

Faculty: Teachers in the college are very helpful for academic as well as other consultation. They are well qualified, and everyone has a doctorate degree. The quality of teaching is different from other institutions. They used various software like SPSS, R language, excel, etc., to teach us. They used a projector, PPTs, MS Excel, MS Word for teaching. The student to faculty ratio is 12:1. I had been to industry. The course curriculum is based on ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) and NET (national eligibility test).

Other: Lots of national as well as international conferences are held by various departments in the university. There is a national level intercollegiate fest organised by the department of commerce every year. Students involvement is always there in the various programmes. The campus design is well planned. The campus is lush green. There are various lawn or park in each department. Scholarships are provided by the university based on merit in the semester exam.

I am absolutely satisfied with my 2-year experience at the university.

Placements: The placements record of our university is not that good. However, a few companies visit the college for placements. There are opportunities for MBA students to crack campus placements. If you are a bright student and you have the qualifications, you will get good placements.

Infrastructure: You can say that it's heaven for students. The university is spread over an area of 900 acres. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The whole hostel is fully furnished. The university has its cricket stadium, football ground, basketball court, etc. The hostel charges about Rs. 10,000 for one semester.

Faculty: Faculty members are well qualified, experienced, and knowledgeable. Teachers are very supportive in problem-solving. Also, they also offer suggestions to the students. They are using a standardised method of teaching where all the students will get a chance to understand the concepts.
