It has a good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: There is a well organised placement cell in Ranchi University that regularly invites different industrial and corporate houses from all over India for campus recruitment drives for final year students. Companies like SAP, L&T, TCS Ignite, Wipro, TCS IT Services, Concentrix, TCS BPS, Airtel, ICICI Bank, etc., visit the college and select students across all departments through online tests, series of technical and HR rounds in accordance with their merit.
Infrastructure: It has a good infrastructure to facilitate teaching and learning. It has state-of-the-art buildings of institutes of applied and basic science and humanities. It has a modern, fully equipped, and air-conditioned auditorium with a capacity for 500 students. It has a central library. It also has a large multipurpose examination hall. It has a workstation for the microanalysis of census data, established with the help and sponsorship of the registrar general of India, New Delhi.
Faculty: Examination Data Processing Cell, for Centralised and Computerised processing of entire examination process u2013 from registration to final Degree printing. E-Learning and Knowledge Centre: This centre is established for students with 25 computer nodes having internet and INFLIBNETaccess.

Review of Ranchi University.
Placements: I am a student of M.com 2018-20 batch. According to me, placements at RU is quite satisfying. Students should score at least 60 to 70% in their academics. Companies offer the lowest salary package of Rs.20000 to Rs. 40000 per month. This college provides many opportunities for students.
Infrastructure: Ranchi University provides all the basic facilities to the students. Classrooms at Ranchi University are well-mantained. There is a library facility on the campus. Overall, the infrastructure of the college is quite satisfactory. I suggest this college to them who want to invest less but want proper knowledge.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are very good, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. They are very frank and helpful, which is good for students who are weak in studies. Visiting faculties members are also invited in RU. They are available 24 hours to solve the problem of students. They not only provide theoretical knowledge, but they also prepare students to face interviews and the outside world.

Totally dissatisfied with whatever the college provided. Everything needs to be corrected.
Placements: The college does not provide any placement cells. None of the company visits our campus and hires students. We don't get any internships from our college. Our seniors are still jobless. They didn't get any placements from the college. Even the teaching is not that good.
Infrastructure: The college is spread over a large area. The building is very attractive. Classrooms are well furnished. But there is no Wi-Fi facility, medical facilities, etc. We are not provided better knowledge of labs. Labs lack useful chemicals and also in not proper condition. The library is huge but it does not have useful books. The books which are available in the library are of a very old edition. The college has a canteen, but it is far away. There are no hostel facilities for the students.
Faculty: Faculty members in the college are helpful and of good nature, but some of them lack knowledge. They make things very complicated and failed to make us understand the topics. Some faculty can't even pronounce properly. We faced a lot of problems in the past few months, but now it is a little bit better.
Other: The college doesn't organise any fest.

The college has supportive faculty and good placements but no transport facilities.
Placements: Placements in our college were good. Many different colleges come under Ranchi University. So, students can get placed from any college as a fresher. Many companies, especially IT companies visited the college to select students. Many students got a job from this university and salary packages offered were also good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was good. The college offers different courses, and students can get their choice of course. The college provided many facilities like free Wi-Fi, drinking water facility, parking, computer lab and a huge library to give students easy access to read books. Washrooms are clean.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were very good and cooperative. You will get the top class teachers in Ranchi University. Online classes are also provided for students. Teachers were well qualified and helpful. They also gave us projects so that we could gain practical knowledge.
Other: The campus was Wi-Fi enabled. The college also provided scholarships for students. The campus surrounding was environment-friendly.

The college is good but needs to be improved.
Placements: Placement cell is doing great nowadays, but the infrastructure needs to be improved, and they must take care of the cleanliness of the campus. Faculty members are okay, but the course needs to be more practical and modern. The campus is average with a large number of students taking admissions every year. Placements are good, and the students of different courses are offered different packages.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure needs to be improved, especially washrooms and corridors are not good and clean. They need to provide smart classes for modern studies. Faculty members are okay, and there are proper classes. The college doesn't provide Wi-Fi facility, and the library is good. Labs are okay and can be updated. Placements are good, but they depend on the student calibre and performance in the interview. The college is worthful.
Faculty: Faculty members are okay, and the course curriculum must include modern concepts. Teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is okay, but the teaching methods are a bit not updated. The college doesn't provide any industry exposure, and there is a lack of practical implications of studies. Companies like TCS, Genpact, Silaries, Paytm, and IBM, etc., visited the college for placements.
Other: The campus crowd is huge, and many students take admission in this college.

College is good at infrastructure and facilities. But percentage of placement is not quite well.
Placements: Placement in our university is quite good and satisfactory. Approximately 30-40 percent of students were placed every year through campus interview. Packages starts with rupees 1,80,000 and the highest salary were up to rupees 4,80,000. Mainly Companies who visited to our campus are CMS LIMITED, TATA MOTORS, TCS, ICICI, UAE, INFOSYS, WIPRO, EXL, TECH MAAHINDRA, HDFC etc. These companies provide several jobs in various fields as some companies like Wipro or Infosys provides job in software development sector. Companies like TCS, ICICI, HDFC provides job in various fields like TCS basically provides jobs in BPO sector banking companies like HDFC and ICICI provides both kinds of jobs like back office or accountant or manager in various fields. And other companies provide jobs as per their requirements.
Infrastructure: There are many colleges come under Ranchi University. Like Ranchi college, Marwari college, St. Xavier's college, and many more. Every College is unique in its infrastructure, lab facility, classrooms and other aspects. Basically the above mentioned colleges of this University are some of the best colleges in Jharkhand. In these colleges every department has their on class room or separate buildings, every college has provided with chemistry labs, computer labs, separate libraries for study. Every college has a separate play ground.
Faculty: Every teacher in our college are helpful, well qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality are also best. Some of our teachers are popular writers in their fields. In our college teachers taught not only the subjects but also they taught the values of life. Every professor is master in their field and they are. Ready to help the students in every aspect. Ratios of faculty to students is quite good as per 50-100 students has provided a professor in particular subject.
Other: Ranchi University not only provides you study but also provides you the best place to grow yourself in every field for this our university is going to organise various functions, fests, many times the artists from other cities were come to perform. Many dance and drama compatation were also held in our college auditorium in which the best actor or performer has provided the chance in movies or other TV programs. Our college also provides scholarship to the st, sc, and obc candidates, and those students who are belonging to economically backward classes. Every year our college organise manu quiz competitions, state or national level debates.
