All candidates clearing RUPGCET exam will be given admission in their respective courses and colleges through web counselling. Candidates have to appear for RUPGCET 2021 counselling session for document verification and seat allotment process as per the prescribed date and time. In case, a candidate fails to attend the counselling on the specified date and time, he/she will forfeit the opportunity for admission in that round. However, he/she can attend the next round of counselling, if any, informs the official website.

Documents (original and two sets of Photostat copies) to be submitted at the time of RUPGCET counselling include:

Marks statements and provisional/ degree certificate of the qualifying examination |
| Study certificates from IX class to the qualifying exam |
Transfer certificate (TC) and Conduct certificate(s) |
| Two passport-size photographs |
SSC and intermediate pass certificates |
| Caste certificate in original from Tahshildar in case of SC/ ST/ BC candidates (integrated caste certificate or temporary caste certificate taken in 2019) |
Residence certificate of parents for stay in the state of AP from Tahshildar in case of candidates who have studied outside AP/ carried out private study |
| Relevant certificate in case of other reservations (PH/ NCC/ NSS/ Games & Sports/ NI) |
Discharge certificate and service certificate of the parent in case of children of Armed Services Personnel |
| Two income certificates from Tahshildar obtained in 2019 |
Migration certificate (for other than SVU region candidates) |
The official website states, “A candidate who fails to produce all the necessary certificates, particularly TC & CC, marks memo, provisional certificate and reservation category certificates at the time of verification (counselling) will forfeit the chance.”
All candidates allotted seats can then submit the prescribed admission fee and secure their admission in their respective course.
