There is a great infrastructure here.
Placements: In our university, placements are pretty good. It depends on the number of students who want to do jobs. As our batch consists of 40 students, I think only 15 students are ready to attend the interview. The highest salary package offered here is 4.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 1.8 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is Rs. 72,000 per annum. Top companies which visit here are ICICI Prudential Insurance, Reliance Industries and ICICI Bank. But there is a need for more placement opportunities. Students got internships in Linkruit and Bikaji for the HR field. Roles assigned to students based on their skills are a stock manager in Reliance, sales officer in ICICI, etc.
Infrastructure: RNB must be known for its infrastructure. It is the best campus, and classrooms are pretty huge with ventilation. There are air-conditioners in each classroom. There are labs, a library, canteens and halls. Wi-Fi facility is available in labs. There are 3 computer labs and more labs for the science field. I am not a hosteller, but I heard from my hostel friend that rooms are good, and TV is also available. The canteen and mess provide the best meals, and there is proper room for medical facilities. There is a basketball court, cricket ground, snooker room, computer games, chess, etc. The games room is my favourite part.
Faculty: About 70% of teachers have great knowledge in their field. All teachers are not much qualified as a huge number of faculty members resign. The teaching quality is pretty good. Our college provides more presentations, role-plays and assignments. I gained great knowledge in the HR field because I gained practical knowledge rather than theoretical knowledge. The course curriculum makes students ready for the industry.
Other: Our batch was awesome, and we enjoyed 3 years. BBA field really prepares you for your future and helps in business also. I chose this course because I really want to know more about management, the HR field, how to interact, how to maintain salary, etc. Best things about this course are great exposure, how to introduce yourself in the best manner, how to give interviews, debates, etc. Our college must improve its faculty members and add more courses like event management, etc. Inspire and Spree are the two fests organised here, where Inspire is organised in December. It is a 3-day event, where celebrity visits and stalls are arranged. Moreover, competitions like dance, etc., are organised in that fest. Spree fest is a 2-day event, where all sports are played, and competition is conducted between the commerce, science and law department. The crowd is good, but there should be more students. The campus is built in an industrial area, so I didn't like that part. We can't go out of the college. Scholarships are good. I got a 75% scholarship, where I got a discount of Rs. 22,750 from Rs. 60,000 every year. It depends on your marks. Extracurricular activities like Nukkad Natak, seminars, competitions and blood donation camps are arranged, and RJ visits here for various events.

It is a good university to study.
Placements: Placements in our college were good, considering the competition and being in a rural area. Moreover, almost everyone who wanted to get a job was placed. Even the students who had no proper graduation background also got placed in MBA. Not only MBA students, but also undergraduate students got good jobs.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was very good. Considering being in a remote area, the college has provided all the facilities and that too of a high standard. Classrooms were no less than a foreign university and Wi-Fi enabled. Labs has all the facilities and equipment needed. Library has many books including E-books. There was a great canteen area for students to hangout along with highly guarded security around the campus.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were from around the nation. They were very well educated and provided the best services possible. They all used digital teaching methods with different styles of teaching. They didn't use paper and book for teaching. All the ways of learning, including games, projects, presentation, etc., were included for better learning. They always tried to do something new.

Good choice for BBA in HRM with supportive teachers and a peaceful campus.
Placements: I am from the BBA (Human Resource Management) 2023-2026 batch at RNB Global University. The placement support for HR students is improving year by year. The placement cell guides us for internships and final placements. Many seniors have done HR internships in Jaipur, Delhi, and nearby cities. Some companies do visit campus, but for HR we also have to apply outside to get good exposure. The placement cell helps us prepare for interviews and resume-making, which I found helpful.
Infrastructure: The university campus is clean and peaceful, which is good for studying. Classrooms are well-maintained with proper seating and projectors for presentation. The library is helpful for every student to access online resources. Hostel rooms are decent and cleaned regularly. Mess food is fine on most days but sometimes can be improved. There is Wi-Fi in the hostel and academic blocks, but the speed drops sometimes. I like spending time in the library and the lawns.
Faculty: Teachers are friendly and supportive. They cover every concept properly and clear doubts when needed. I like that they share real case studies and examples from industries. Some teachers have experience in recruitment and traini,ng so they guide us about real corporate practices. We also do presentations, group discussions, and mock interviews which help in building confidence. The curriculum is balanced with theory plus practical parts like projects and seminars. Also, we have educational tours or industrial visits for every semester.
Other: Apart from academics, the university has fests and club activities. I enjoyed the HR workshop last year where we learned about interview techniques and how HR managers shortlist candidates. Events like freshers' parties, annual festivals, and sports events make campus life more interactive. Overall the atmosphere here is good if someone wants to study HR seriously and also be part of extracurricular activities.

Good campus and faculty members, but poor placements and internships for UG.
Placements: The college didn't provide placement opportunities for UG students. A nominal number of companies visited the campus for placements, and they were not very good. The internship experience was disappointing. I went to a company which had a bad reputation in the market and the workplace was horrible. The work offered to us was also not according to our specialisation. After joining, complaints were also not entertained, no good help was offered, in fact, two of us left on the very second day.
Infrastructure: The college buildings are excellent. The overall ambience is commendable. The college offers a nice environment for students. Medical facilities are also fair. The college provides a good number of sports facilities like a billiards room, play station, basketball court, volleyball court, etc.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college were the best. The only thing bothered was that there are frequent changes in them. Teaching methods used by them are quite interesting, interactive and vocational. Industrial exposure was good, and it was domestic, international and local as well.
Other: The university provides a number of opportunities regarding extracurriculars. Every year, Inspire fest is conducted in a huge manner and sports fest named Spree is conducted. There are various other opportunities monthly. It is far away from the city. If one doesn't have own vehicle or has to leave early, it is quite challenging. The most convenient option is to use university buses leaving at their own time. University also provides scholarships to girls and toppers every year and student loan as well.

Review of RNB Global University.
Placements: Placements in our university are very good if we consider that it was established recently. Moreover, the committee which is formed in the university for placements is also very helpful. They try to conduct job interviews according to their interest, and they ensure that students are placed in a healthy environment.
Infrastructure: Labs and classrooms in our college are according to standards of IITs. Moreover, they are providing us with the latest technology which is used at times in education so that students can learn more effectively and efficiently. They also provide E-library for better experience and better education.
Faculty: All faculty members of our university are highly educated, and sometimes we can't believe that we are studying in Bikaner. All faculty members are very helpful and teach us using different innovates method so that we learn very easily and remember them. We only have to revise it only one time, and we will remember those concepts.
Other: College life is the best and made many friends whom I will never forget.
