Master of Design (MDes) is a PG degree course of two-year duration offering specialisations on Communication Design and Interaction Design. MDes course curriculum offer a concentration in the chosen design specialisation and few electives from the School of Liberal Arts & Sciences and the School of Economics & Finance. 

The placement details for the Class of 2025 is yet to be release on the official website. However, as per the students' reviews on Shiksha page, 80% of the BTech CSE batch were placed recently. The highest and average package offered during the recent RV University placements stood at INR 22 LPA and INR 12 LPA, respectively.

RV University offers BSc and BSc (Hons) courses of three to four years duration. The UG level course is available in different specialisations. RVU Bangalore offer BSc in three specialisations and BSc (Hons) in seven specialisations. These courses are offered through different schools of the university. Some of the available courses are:

• BSc (H) in Economics

Students can take admission in a BSc/ BSc (H) course of RVU with 50% in Class 12. There is no minimum aggregate mentioned on the official website. The candidates who are Class 12 or equivalent exam pass from a recognised board can apply for the course admission. 

The top recruiters who participated during the recent RV University placements included TCS, Samsung, Infosys, KPMG, Deloitte etc.

Before Admission you must be eligible of Passing Second PUC or Diploma in any field. There are Many Ways to get Direct Admission in RV University.

1.Online Application (Management Quota): from Official Website of RV which starts from April Month. Based on the branch and Course price the Fees will be different.

2.K-CET:  It is an Karnataka Common Entrance Test for All students where government conduct exams and based on there rank they allot Colleges. To get Allotted for RV You must Score at least 1000 Rank and below 30000 Rank.

25% seats are allotted to Minority Students.

Candidates must meet the BBA LLB (H) eligibility criteria for admission in RV University. The students who are Class 12 or equivalent exam pass from a recognised board can apply. There is an age limit of 20 years for the general category candidates. It is 22 years for SC/ ST/ OBC category candidates.
