Based on your ranks—5135 in Stream 1 and 4935 in Stream 2—and an IPE score of 972 from Andhra Pradesh, your chances of securing admission to SASTRA University's B.Tech programs in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Civil Engineering are moderate.SASTRA University allocates 70% of its B.Tech seats through Stream 1, which considers both JEE Main scores and 10+2 marks, and the remaining 30% through Stream 2, based solely on 10+2 marks. While specific cutoff ranks for EEE and Civil Engineering are not publicly available, previous admissions trends suggest that higher ranks are generally required for more sought-after branches like Computer Science and Engineering (CSE).Given your ranks, you may have a reasonable chance of admission into EEE or Civil Engineering, though this is not guaranteed. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, I recommend contacting SASTRA University's admissions office directly:Phone: 04362-264101 Best of luck with your application!

Based on your rank of 1,209, you have a strong chance of securing admission to SASTRA University's B.Tech programs in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE). However, admission to Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) may be more competitive.Admission Streams at SASTRA University:Stream 1: Allocates 70% of seats based on a combined score of JEE Main marks and Class 12th scores.Stream 2: Allocates 30% of seats based solely on Class 12th scores.Previous Cut-off Trends:CSE: Typically requires a rank below 650.ECE: Generally requires a rank below 800.EEE & Mechanical Engineering: Often require ranks below 1,100. Given your rank of 1,209, you are slightly above the typical cut-off for EEE and Mechanical Engineering, which may affect your chances for these programs. Admission to CSE and ECE may be more challenging due to higher competition.Recommendations:Apply Promptly: Submit your application as early as possible to enhance your chances.Consider Alternative Programs: Explore related engineering disciplines that may have less competitive cut-offs.Contact Admissions: Reach out to SASTRA University's admissions office for personalized guidance.Contact Information:Phone: 04362-264101Best of luck with your application!

To be eligible for the M.Sc in Data Science at SASTRA University, the typical requirements are as follows: 1. Educational Background: You should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering. Since you completed A-Levels, you may need to check if your qualifications are equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. 2. Minimum Marks: Generally, a minimum percentage (often around 50% or higher) in your qualifying degree is required. This may vary, so it's best to confirm the exact percentage needed. 3. Entrance Exam: Some programs may require you to take an entrance exam or an interview as part of the admission process. Check if SASTRA has any specific entrance requirements for the M.Sc Data Science program. 4. Language Proficiency: If your previous education was not in English, you might need to provide proof of English language proficiency through tests like IELTS or TOEFL. It's always a good idea to check the official SASTRA University website or contact their admissions office for the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding eligibility and admission procedures.

263 rank in Stream 1, the possibility of getting a seat in the SRC Kumbakonam, which is basically Sri Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering, Kumbakonam, basically depends on what course you aspire to take for that particular seat, the aggregate demand, and the competition among that stream applicants for the currently ongoing admission session. Most of the top branches, like CSE (Computer Science Engineering), and ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering), have high cut-offs; thus, you need to have a comparatively better rank to get hold of a seat there. On the other hand, in less competitive or relatively new programs, the cut-offs are low; therefore, your rank could be friendlier to it.Based on historical trends and considering that the cutoff does not dramatically change this year, a rank of 263 in Stream 1 will still have a decent chance especially if you're applying for moderate levels of demand branches. For highly competitive programs, you will need to be flexible and perhaps even entertain the possibility of getting an admission in a branch with a slightly higher cutoff.I would suggest looking up the particular cut-off data from the recent or previous year for SRC Kumbakonam or contacting their admission office to get a better idea of information regarding your rank and seats available.
