Candidates for SASTRA University's MBA programme must fulfil specific academic standards as well as entrance exam requirements. A bachelor's degree (in any field) from an accredited university or institution is normally required of candidates, with a minimum cumulative grade of 50% (45% for reserved categories).Candidates must have a valid score on any national admission exam, including the university's own SASTRA MBA entrance exam, CAT, XAT, CMAT, or MAT, in addition to their academic credentials. Candidates that score well on these tests have a better chance of being shortlisted, albeit the exact cutoff may change from year to year.During the selection process, the institution also takes into account academic excellence, extracurricular accomplishments, and employment experience, if appropriate. A Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI), which are essential steps in the final selection process, will be scheduled for the shortlisted candidates.

Candidates must adhere to a methodical admissions procedure to be admitted to the Alliance School of Law. For undergraduate programs like BA LLB or BBA LLB, candidates must first fulfil the eligibility requirements, which often include passing their 10+2 or equivalent exam with at least 45% of the possible points (or 40% for SC/ST candidates). Candidates must hold an LLB degree from an accredited university with at least 50% (45% for reserved categories) to be considered for postgraduate studies such as LLM.After fulfilling the qualifying conditions, you must apply by completing the application form on Alliance University's official website. Admission is usually determined by a candidate's performance on the Alliance University Law Admission Test (AU LAT), which evaluates applicants' general knowledge, legal acumen, logical reasoning, and English fluency. If you have a valid score on national-level tests like the LSAT or CLAT, the university might also take that into account.A Personal Interview (PI) phase is thereafter scheduled for the shortlisted individuals, during which their academic background, communication abilities, and general personality are assessed. The ultimate decision is based on the results of the admission exam and the interview.

Based on your ranks—5135 in Stream 1 and 4935 in Stream 2—and an IPE score of 972 from Andhra Pradesh, your chances of securing admission to SASTRA University's B.Tech programs in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Civil Engineering are moderate.SASTRA University allocates 70% of its B.Tech seats through Stream 1, which considers both JEE Main scores and 10+2 marks, and the remaining 30% through Stream 2, based solely on 10+2 marks. While specific cutoff ranks for EEE and Civil Engineering are not publicly available, previous admissions trends suggest that higher ranks are generally required for more sought-after branches like Computer Science and Engineering (CSE).Given your ranks, you may have a reasonable chance of admission into EEE or Civil Engineering, though this is not guaranteed. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, I recommend contacting SASTRA University's admissions office directly:Phone: 04362-264101 Best of luck with your application!

Based on your rank of 1,209, you have a strong chance of securing admission to SASTRA University's B.Tech programs in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE). However, admission to Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) may be more competitive.Admission Streams at SASTRA University:Stream 1: Allocates 70% of seats based on a combined score of JEE Main marks and Class 12th scores.Stream 2: Allocates 30% of seats based solely on Class 12th scores.Previous Cut-off Trends:CSE: Typically requires a rank below 650.ECE: Generally requires a rank below 800.EEE & Mechanical Engineering: Often require ranks below 1,100. Given your rank of 1,209, you are slightly above the typical cut-off for EEE and Mechanical Engineering, which may affect your chances for these programs. Admission to CSE and ECE may be more challenging due to higher competition.Recommendations:Apply Promptly: Submit your application as early as possible to enhance your chances.Consider Alternative Programs: Explore related engineering disciplines that may have less competitive cut-offs.Contact Admissions: Reach out to SASTRA University's admissions office for personalized guidance.Contact Information:Phone: 04362-264101Best of luck with your application!
