To get selected in a B.Tech college in India, the student first must select the college they want to get in, once they have an idea of which college they want, they can fill the entrance exam application form. JEE Mains is one of the entrance exams, and mostly all of the engineering colleges in India accept JEE Mains score. There are some universities that have their own entrance exams such as BITS and so the students must fill their applications in them accordingly. After that spot round is released to fill the vacant seats. There is no minimum percentile criteria, if a college releases a cutoff and your percentile is eligible in the cutoff then you can get admission in the particular course.
