Seacom Skills University cutoff 2024 has been released for WBJEE, on the basis of which admission to the BE/BTech courses takes place. As per the WBJEE cutoff 2024, the closing rank ranged between 28838 and 100001 for the students belonging to the General category under the AI quota. Among all the BTech specilisations, CSE was the least competitive course at Seacom Skills University. So, yes, with a 100001 rank in WBJEE, candidates can get into Seacom Skills University. Seacom Skills University does not refund fee at all as fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. This is the college policy. It includes Admission fee of Rs 10 thousand as well as semester fee. 

The total semester fee is 36000*6 and Rs 10000 one time admission. It also charges 1000 Rs exam fee.
