SGT University reserve 25% of the total seats for candidates belonging to the state of Haryana. Out of this, 10% are reserved for the SC candidates belonging to the state. The total seats available for the course is 100.

SGT University MBA course curriculum include general topics related to the field of Management. The subjects covered in the course are management accounting, cost volume profit analysis, standard costing, etc. Some of the subjects covered under the Organisational Behaviour course specialisation are:

• Resistance to Change
• Managing Change, etc. 

SGT University Gurgaon admit candidates to the MBA programme based on merit in the last qualifying examination. However, the university may accept CUET-PG scores as well for selection. Apart from this, candidates with a valid score in CAT/XAT/MAT may also get preference during the selection. Moreover, the application form to apply at the university can be filled out via SGT official website. 

After the conclusion of application process, applications are shortlisted based on accepted exam scores. These candidates then have to participate in the personal interview. The candidates performance in the interview round is then assessed and seat allotment is done.

Candidates who meet the SGT University BSc eligibility criteria become eligible for admission. It is basically the minimum educational qualification required for a student to be eligible to pursue the UG course. Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG is an entrance examination conducted for admission to undergraduation programs offered by various central, state, private and deemed universities. Candidates willing to take admission to undergraduation programme in streams like Science, Humanities, Commerce, Law and Management must appear for the CUET UG exam when conducted.

The entrance examination assesses candidates at various levels: Language, domain knowledge and general aptitude. CUET UG is conducted annually in computer based mode. CUET UG scores are accepted by more than 300 universities across India. 

For SGT University BA admission, aspirants must be fulfilling the course-specific eligibility requirements. The aspirants who are Class 12 or equivalent exam pass and studied English as a subject from a recognised board with the required minimum aggregate can apply. As per the 2024 brochure, the minimum aggregate for the BA and BA (Hons) courses range from 55% to 60% aggregate. Candidates must check that they fulfil the eligibility criteria and hold the relevant documents as well. The documents are required by the authorities for verification purposes. 

SGT University eligibility criteria varies course-wise. However, the aggregate requirement for most of the courses ranges between 50% aggregate to 60% aggregate. For bachelor's courses such as BTech, candidates need a minimum of 60% aggregate in Class 12.  Hence, candidates with 60% or more in Class 12 can apply for admission to any of the UG programmes.
