SPA Delhi MPlan Eligibility & Highlights 2025
SPA Delhi MPlan is a postgraduate course offered for a duration of two years. Under this programme, this institute offers five specialisations, including Environmental Planning, Housing, Regional Planning, Transport Planning, and Urban Planning. All these courses are offered in full-time mode.

For admission to SPA Delhi courses, students must pay various fee components included in the SPA Delhi fee structure. Some of these components are to be paid once, such as a one-time fee, and some are to be paid semester-wise, such as tuition fees. The total tuition fee to be paid for the MPlan is INR 1.8 lakh.

Admission to most of the programmes of SPA Delhi is entrance-based. IIT Bombay will declare results of CEED 2026 on March 04, 2026. It will be declared online at ceed.iitb.ac.in. To check results, candidate needs to log in to the result portals using their login ID.

Students living on the campus of SPA Delhi need to pay hostel and mess fees. As per a PDF available on School's official website. SPA Delhi hostel fee and other charges are as follows:
- hostel room rent- INR 20000
- Electricity and water charges- INR 10000
- Mess Deposit - INR 5000
- Mess Establishment Charges- 16940
- Mess Food Charges Advance- INR 20000
Note: The above charges are based on the previous year and actual amount might vary.
The aspirants must fill out the SPA Delhi application form to be eligible for admission. Further, candidates who are applying for BArch and BPlan courses will be allotted seats basis their performance in JEE Main. For PG course admissions, candidates must have a bachelor's degree in the relevant field of study with 55% aggregate (50% for SC/ST/OBC). Moreover, the application form is available online and offline.

To get admission to the SPA Delhi PhD course, students must fulfil the basic eligibility requirements. Those who satisfy the eligibility criteria can apply by filling out the application available on the institute's official website. The fee to apply is INR 2,500.
After the application process, the selection of students is done based on their merit obtained in the last qualifying exam, academic record, interest in the programme, desired area of research, and work experience (if any). At last, the selected candidates must report to the institute for document verification and payment of fees.
