at SPA Delhi, IP Estate

It is crucial that each aspirant fulfil the minimum eligibility requirements. Candidates further shall have studied the relevant subjects to the MPlan specialisations. SPA Delhi allot seats to the eligible students on the basis of their scores in the accepted entrance examinations. Selected candidates also need to apply for JAAP PG for seat allotment.

The total hostel fees for the two-year course is INR 72,400.

Admission to most of the programmes of SPA Delhi is entrance-based. The institute considers scores in GATE/ CEED for M.Arch and MPlan, JEE Main (Paper-II)/ DASA UG for BArch, CEED for MDes and JEE Main (Paper-II) for BPlan programmes. Hence, entrance exam scores are required for admission in UG or PG courses at the institute. Selected candidates are requirement to participate in the counselling rounds and pay the course fee to confirm their seat in the institute.
