If talking particularly about Sri Balaji Institute, I would personally recommend marketing because there are around 600 students here for marketing from all the four institutes (BIMM, BIMHRD, BITM &BIIB) and also 250+ companies come only for marketing with a good CTC. The faculty of marketing is very good and from the industry. These faculty rotate every semester to a different institute. Talking about International Business, there is only one class of IB conducted in BIIB Institute. The quality of education is nice but few or lesser companies come to the campus for core IB specialisation and students end up taking a placement in marketing roles. So, if you want a good knowledge of IB and are open for all the possibilities while placement, go for it.

My views about Sri Balaji University!

Placements: The university isn't that old, but the placements cell has been established and they are doing well. BBA and BCA students have been placed since 2025 and the average placement for both courses is around 4 LPA. The highest so far from BCA has been 7 LPA. As the university becomes a little more of a household name, the placements too will go up.

Infrastructure: I stay at the hostel, and it is divided into clusters. Each room has 4 students and an inbuilt washroom. There's also a swimming pool for the hostel students and an instructor has been in place ever since I joined the university. The university campus has three buildings and washrooms and RO water coolers are also there on each floor. There are two entry points and both are heavily secured.

Faculty: For our department, there's an HOD and around 10-12 faculty members. All the faculty members here are exceptional and the teaching is one part, but the part beyond teaching, which is giving us tips to survive in corporate and how work happens is the best. Most of them have corporate experience and that is why they help us with that too.

Other: There is an exchange programme at our university and some students got the chance to finish one semester in Japan. The crowd is great and hostel life, even with an in time of 9.30, it's good.

Honest review by me -Sri Balaji University, Pune (BCA).

Placements: For BCA, this is where I felt a bit disappointed. My batch (2022- 2025) was the pioneer batch for BCA. Unfortunately, placements for BCA were not good. Most of the students were placed in non-tech or sales roles, and only 3 to 4 students were placed in technical roles. Not many companies visited our college for BCA. Core technical opportunities were limited. I hope future batch receives better support and more relevant opportunities.

Infrastructure: Campus of Sri Balaji University Pune is beautiful and well-maintained. Infrastructure is good, classroom is good, and the environment feels safe and clean. About the hostel, it is a good, large campus and well-maintained, besides, there is a college mess.

Faculty: Faculty members are supportive and well-qualified. Teaching quality varies from teacher to teacher, some are good while others may not be as effective. Overall, u can expect decent academic guidance. One thing I found stressful was the large number of assignments given, especially when deadlines clashed with exams.

Other: Discipline here is taken very seriously. Wearing the full uniform is compulsory every day. College is extremely strict about timing. College organizes a variety of cultural and extracurricular activities throughout the year, which help students explore talent beyond academics. Sports facilities are good, and various sports events and competitions are conducted.

The college is good. There are so many events, and there is also enjoyment in studies.

Placements: Many students get placed with a good package. The college has relations with various IT companies. Many MNCs have a tie-up with the college. Maximum students got placed in big companies before placements. It also provides internships for students.

Infrastructure: There are smart classrooms. Labs are equipped with good computers and laptops. The campus is beautiful with big grounds. There is a hospital inside the college for any emergency. The mess and canteen are also available. All types of sports equipment are available.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and have enough knowledge. All teachers interact with students. Staff members are so cooperative. The college trains students according to industry needs and makes them perfect for the industry. Semester exams are a little bit strict.

Placements: Students who scored more than 90% got placed. The highest salary package offered is 20.60 LPA. The average salary package offered is 10.75 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, Amazon, Infosys, Bajaj, etc. In 3rd semester, they offer placement to students. They get 100% placements in the companies.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are great for all the courses and departments. The college library provides all the books. Librarians are very helpful. Sri Balaji University has a sports room. They have indoor and outdoor playing areas with different sports equipment. They have seating capacity in the mess area as well as in the canteen.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and friendly. They are knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. Some faculty members are highly qualified as well as there are Ph.D. holders. The specialisation of the courses are helpful in my career. Exams are designed to test critical thinking and application of knowledge, not just written memorization.

Other: The specialisation makes strong industry connections. It focuses on practical learning through internships and case studies.

Everything you should know about Sri balaji University.

Placements: The placement is nice, and companies like Eclerx, Infosys, and Firstcry visit our college. The highest package is 3-4 lakhs for UG. Every student gets an internship, and maximum students get placed. The roles are basically for sales and marketing. Some others are in HR and finance.

Infrastructure: The hostel has two buildings, one for boys and the other for girls. Each cluster has four rooms, and each room is 4-seater. There are toilets attached to the rooms. The mess food is very delicious and hygienic. There is no Wi-Fi in the hostel. There is a library in the HRD building of the college campus.

Faculty: The faculty is nice, and there are two exams per year, followed by mid-semester exams. It is mandatory to pass all the exams, and there is also a back exam conducted in order to pass all the subjects. There are also events held at the college, which are Josh and Drishti.

Other: Enjoy college life at Sri Balaji University. It offers one of the best college life.

Placements: Sri Balaji University offers very good placements in companies like Tata, Diloit, Reliance, etc. The highest salary package offered is 35 LPA. First-year law students get internships at NGOs to gain practical experience, but they gain in the 1st year itself.

Infrastructure: Sri Balaji University has good infrastructure. It has one library, swimming pool, gym, indoor sports room, football ground, basketball ground, volleyball ball, etc. The hostel is best. Our college has one stuck shop and mess services where we eat tasty food. For spiritual students, there is a Ganesh temple on the campus.

Faculty: Faculty members are well-educated and teach very well. This college has mid-term and end-term every semester. There are four exams in one year. Mid-term exams are conducted for 25 marks, end-term exams for 50 marks, and internal exams for 25 marks. This is all about law exams. Exams are at a moderate level.

Other: I chose BBA LL.B because I am a CS student. This is my dream because of its fests, completions, and events, so I opted for it.
