Eligibility Criteria:

A candidate from any stream must have passed the 12th grade examination (H.S.C.10+2) with at least 50% and English as a passing subject. or a three-year Diploma course from the Board of Technical Education, run by the Government of Maharashtra, or its equivalent, following S.S.C., i.e. the tenth standard. or a two-year Diploma course in pharmacy from the Board of Technical Education, run by the Government of Maharashtra, or its equivalent, following the completion of H.S.C., i.e. the 12th standard. or Successfully completed the MCVC programme. (Vocational Courses with Minimum Competency)

A candidate must have received at least 50% in the qualifying exams. (SC/ST candidates must have a minimum of 45%)

Admissions Procedure

Students who meet the requirements can apply online. Following the review of applications, eligible candidates will be notified of the date and time of their Personal Interview (PI).

Personal Interview - Experts will interview and evaluate candidates based on a variety of criteria, including their appropriateness for the program.

Weightage - For the creation of the final merit list for admission, marks achieved in the HSC/qualifying test will carry 50% weightage and Personal Interview (PI) would carry 50% weightage.

The University has the right to make adjustments to the admission procedure as needed.

The procedure to take admission in BCA at Shri Balaji University Pune is as follows;

Eligibility Criteria: A candidate from any stream, should have passed 12th Std. Examination (H.S.C.10+2) with minimum 50% of marks and English as a passing subject. OR

Three Years Diploma Course from Board of Technical Education, conducted by Government of Maharashtra or its equivalent, after S.S.C. i.e. 10thStandard. OR

Two Years Diploma Course in Pharmacy from Board of Technical Education, conducted by Government of Maharashtra or its equivalent, after H.S.C. i.e. 12th Standard. OR

Completed MCVC (Minimum Competency Vocational Courses) program.

A candidate should have scored minimum 50 % marks in qualifying examination. (Minimum 45% for SC/ST candidates)

Admission Process

Eligible students can apply online. After scrutiny of the applications, eligible candidates will be informed the schedule of Personal Interview (PI)

Personal Interview: Experts will interview and assess the candidates on various parameters including the suitability of the candidates for the program.

Weightage: Marks obtained in HSC/qualifying exam will carry 50% weightage and Personal Interview (PI) will carry 50% weightage for preparation of finale merit list for admission.
