My views about Sri Balaji University!

Placements: The university isn't that old, but the placements cell has been established and they are doing well. BBA and BCA students have been placed since 2025 and the average placement for both courses is around 4 LPA. The highest so far from BCA has been 7 LPA. As the university becomes a little more of a household name, the placements too will go up.

Infrastructure: I stay at the hostel, and it is divided into clusters. Each room has 4 students and an inbuilt washroom. There's also a swimming pool for the hostel students and an instructor has been in place ever since I joined the university. The university campus has three buildings and washrooms and RO water coolers are also there on each floor. There are two entry points and both are heavily secured.

Faculty: For our department, there's an HOD and around 10-12 faculty members. All the faculty members here are exceptional and the teaching is one part, but the part beyond teaching, which is giving us tips to survive in corporate and how work happens is the best. Most of them have corporate experience and that is why they help us with that too.

Other: There is an exchange programme at our university and some students got the chance to finish one semester in Japan. The crowd is great and hostel life, even with an in time of 9.30, it's good.

Honest review by me -Sri Balaji University, Pune (BCA).

Placements: For BCA, this is where I felt a bit disappointed. My batch (2022- 2025) was the pioneer batch for BCA. Unfortunately, placements for BCA were not good. Most of the students were placed in non-tech or sales roles, and only 3 to 4 students were placed in technical roles. Not many companies visited our college for BCA. Core technical opportunities were limited. I hope future batch receives better support and more relevant opportunities.

Infrastructure: Campus of Sri Balaji University Pune is beautiful and well-maintained. Infrastructure is good, classroom is good, and the environment feels safe and clean. About the hostel, it is a good, large campus and well-maintained, besides, there is a college mess.

Faculty: Faculty members are supportive and well-qualified. Teaching quality varies from teacher to teacher, some are good while others may not be as effective. Overall, u can expect decent academic guidance. One thing I found stressful was the large number of assignments given, especially when deadlines clashed with exams.

Other: Discipline here is taken very seriously. Wearing the full uniform is compulsory every day. College is extremely strict about timing. College organizes a variety of cultural and extracurricular activities throughout the year, which help students explore talent beyond academics. Sports facilities are good, and various sports events and competitions are conducted.

The college is good. There are so many events, and there is also enjoyment in studies.

Placements: Many students get placed with a good package. The college has relations with various IT companies. Many MNCs have a tie-up with the college. Maximum students got placed in big companies before placements. It also provides internships for students.

Infrastructure: There are smart classrooms. Labs are equipped with good computers and laptops. The campus is beautiful with big grounds. There is a hospital inside the college for any emergency. The mess and canteen are also available. All types of sports equipment are available.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and have enough knowledge. All teachers interact with students. Staff members are so cooperative. The college trains students according to industry needs and makes them perfect for the industry. Semester exams are a little bit strict.

Review of Sri Balaji University, Pune.

Placements: Students who scored more than 90% got placed. The highest salary package offered is 20.60 LPA. The average salary package offered is 10.75 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, Amazon, Infosys, Bajaj, etc. In 3rd semester, they offer placement to students. They get 100% placements in the companies.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are great for all the courses and departments. The college library provides all the books. Librarians are very helpful. Sri Balaji University has a sports room. They have indoor and outdoor playing areas with different sports equipment. They have seating capacity in the mess area as well as in the canteen.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and friendly. They are knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. Some faculty members are highly qualified as well as there are Ph.D. holders. The specialisation of the courses are helpful in my career. Exams are designed to test critical thinking and application of knowledge, not just written memorization.

Other: The specialisation makes strong industry connections. It focuses on practical learning through internships and case studies.

Overall, the college has good placements, and both the campus life and hostel life are awesome.

Placements: BCA and MCA placements have not started yet, but they will start soon, and MBAs have 100% placements. The highest package of BCA is INR 10–12 LPA, and the lowest package is INR 5–6 LPA. The top recruiting companies in SBUP are Infosys, Google, Wipro, Pizza Hut, and other IT companies. SBUP places 70% of its students in internships in Tech companies.

Infrastructure: The hostel life is awesome. The hostel has its own gym and swimming pool. The hostel student has free access to the gym and pool. The hostel allows the student out till 9:00 p.m.; after 9 p.m., the gates are closed. The quality of food in the hostel is okay according to its price, and the infrastructure of the college is awesome.

Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and well experienced. All teachers have different skills and qualities, but all have a good nature. The SBUP culture makes the student industry ready. 30 marks for internal and 70 marks for written papers are there.

Other: I chose the BCA course because I want to become a developed Balaji University. Balaji University started this course in 2022; it is a new course. That's why the placements have not started till now, but still, the college claims that 90% of students get placements because MBA students and BBA students have 100% placement.

A Good Learning Experience with Scope for Improvement.

Placements: In my batch I don't know the exact numbers of placed students but I can guess it should be around 10-20% students were placed. Very few students were placed at my batch. The highest package was of 4.5LPA and the lowest was of 2.2 LPA. The recruiting companies was Infosys, jadeglobal, bridgenext, etc. Very few students got the internships. The main reason was, we were the first batch of BCA so it's not perfectly organised system for us but now the BCA students are getting more placements. Roles offered in my course like software developed, data engineer, DBA, software testing.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. Classrooms are clean and comfortable and Wi-Fi facility is available. Labs have the required computers and software for BCA students. Library is also good and has useful books and study space. I was a day scholar student so I didn't stayed at hostel but I did visit hostel and it was very good. Food quality is also good. Medical facilities are available with 24/7 ambulance in campus. I college has a different department for sports and games. They are very focused on sports.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and supportive. Teaching quality is good. Yea the courses curriculum is relevant and designed for students development. Semester exam is only tough for those who have not study. Overall exams are strictly monitor. And there is no chance of malpractice in exam hall.

Other: I choose this course because I had interest in computer related works. I was goal was to became a software developed so I picked this course. The best thing about my course is we daily get some amazing technologies to learn. I don't think anything that should be change because this should be decided by the professor themself. This college organize events, fest for give student such opportunities to showcase there talent. Overall campus is good.
