SRM IST Chennai, Kattankulathur campus offers a two-year MOptometry programme to the students in the field of Medicine and Health Sciences. The detailed admission criteria for MHA is discussed below:
Approximate total fee: INR 3.1 lakh
Selection: Based on fulfilling the requirement of minimum marks in the last qualifying exam (non-entrance based admission)
Duration: Two years
Eligibility:
- The student should have completed the age of 21 years on or before December 31 of the year of admission
- Must have completed Bachelor of Optometry or equivalent along with one year of internship from a UGC recognised University with at least 60% aggregate or CGPA of 6.0
- Only candidates who are physically fit and mentally sound must undergo the academic course and does not suffer from any intellectual disability or contagious disease
