It is a perfect college for studies and personality building.

Placements: I want to tell you that every year a lot of companies arrive for on-campus placements, specifically in 2020 there was a little shortage due to the COVID situation, but they arrive regularly and offer a good package. I along with my fellow mates got internship opportunities in the PWD Rajasthan department with help of our faculty's support. This civil engineering course opens a pathway to a plethora of opportunities, we can be a structural engineer, geotechnical engineer, field of R&D, building designer, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure includes world class library, sports ground (for most of the sports), gymnasium with world-class facilities are available. I feel that if you focus on your studies regularly and maintain a good study routine along with innovative thinking, this college will give you whatever you could ever ask for. The whole campus is covered with free and fast Wi-Fi services with laboratories for every department. For emergency/medical services they have a doctor along with a nurse. There are two cafeterias one is a big one with every major dishes and snacks and one is famously called Maggiteria or Maggie Point which has coffee and Maggie etc. The sports department has good and updated equipment.

Faculty: Teachers are very qualified and some of them worked in different government departments as well. For instance, one of the teachers served in an Indian ministry as he was retarded IES officer, and other faculty served in the Rajasthan PHED department as an executive engineer. The mere presence of such faculty makes choosing this course very much relatable to the current scenario of the industry and makes every student industry-ready. Regularly every week on Monday exams are conducted i.e., weekly tests and then there are mid-terms, weekly assignments, and end semester examination which provides a better assessment of a student.

Other: I chose this course because I was intrigued about the same always I use to wonder with the same point of view that how these skyscrapers are built and how bridges are being built over the sea. So I decided to take this spark to next level and chose this course. I best thing about our course is that in a developing country like India the work of construction is very vital for development, that's why it will always be in demand. There were several industrial tours as well where we got to learn a lot about the actual industry. Every year a lot of cultures and technical fests are organised and in years of study, I saw a huge crowd (like a huge crowd for a college campus).

Other: I passed out in the year 2014 completing my B.Tech from civil department. When I joined the college, the first thing that attracted me was the campus lift as well as the infrastructure, Gyan Vihar has a 37 acre green and sprawling campus with a wonderful infrastructure constructed individually for each and every department with well equipped labs and instruments. The faculty is well-educated and qualified in their independent subjects. The course designed is quite specific and complete for each course. The only major drawback is the placement of this institution. All the companies which come to recruit basically are from the IT industries. The students which these companies prefer are only CS, IT and EC students.

Other: When I went to take admission in the college the first thing I noticed was the campus and the infrastructure. The college is spread across a wide area of about 37 acres with a wonderful play ground in the center, surrounded by beautifully constructed buildings. The faculty is well qualified and the labs are well equipped (only for Mechanical, CS and EC branch). For the rest of the branches the basic facilities are available but not all. A lot of companies come for placement but most of them are the IT ones which generally prioritizes the CS and EC branch students.

Other: Gyan Vihar's infrastructure is one of the best. It has fully equipped labs, very well ventilated classrooms, game areas, cafeteria, and very extensive library. It also organises many fests like technical fests, cultural fests, conventions and events which provide students with lot of exposure. Talking about academics, then in mechanical and civil department faculty is not stable. And not many virtual or technological advanced teaching aids are used. Placements for computer science department are one of the best in state and in other departments only about 40% students get placed.

Other: It is one of the best among private universities. I didn’t expected that much placements but college management successfully managed to arrange placements for our batch-2015. Some of the placement were above average .i.e. 6.5 LPA. College have a good infrastructure and other facilities. College provides a rule book and follows as stated in the book. So if you are confused about choosing a private college, then it is one of the best college. At starting, it was disappointing to see the management but in a year everything was resolved and college provided a good and healthy environment to study.

Best college for every student to study here.

Placements: No student placed yet,100 students are undergoing six months internship from different companies. Our college is asking to place us. Two months are remaining for our final semester exams. Our senior batch members are placed in few companies. The highest average salary was 6 Lacs,4 Lacs average salary and the lowest is 3 Lacs. Above 60 percent are placed. Placement cell is available. It's useful as our placement cell place more than 80 percent students every year.

Infrastructure: Good infrastructure, good labs, well classrooms, two grounds for sports, medical facility is also available, Asia's the biggest library is here. A big ground is here for cricket tournaments which are held every year. Many other teams from different colleges participate in events. Our college campus is full of Wi-Fi.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful for every student, they are well qualified and well knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is good and understandable. They use white boards and projectors. 120:8 is the students -faculty ratio, We visited many construction companies during our course. We visited PWD, Ambuja Cement, .

Other: Many events are organised in our college such as IKLAVYAA, INDIA IS INNOVATING, DJ NIGHTS, X-ANIMO.
