Absolutely dissatisfied with my whole college life.

Placements: When I was in my 3rd year, one company came for placement they gave the highest package of 3 LPA in the marketing field except for the core field. Now I have completed my 8th semester exam and there is no call for placement from the college. And I would like to join the core field as my profession.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is average according to fees but there are no students for making college life memorable. In my batch, there are only 13 students and only 5-6 students came to college. There are no lab practicals, due to which students have any practical knowledge.

Faculty: The faculty is average and there is only one faculty staff who is a guest faculty, he is excellent at his teaching methods and is a well-experienced teacher. The name of the faculty staff is Mr. Ramesh Khatri and he taught us the actual knowledge of core subjects like D. CS D. S. S, Structural Analysis, Geotechnical Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Environment Engineering etc.

Other: I came to this college because of my relative influence. The course is not bad but the starting package is not good for a Computer Science course. But after gaining experience salary is awesome which I heard.

I am dissatisfied because of faculty and good placements in 2015.

Placements: In this college, approximately 10% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered was 20 LPA in WNS Tech Services and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA in Cape India company. These companies offer top roles such as project manager and deputy manager. This college 7 days sports and cultural fest are organised. All over JAIPUR are invited by them to participate. It is easy to transport in Sitapura.

Infrastructure: In this college, all general facilities are available, like Wi-Fi, labs that are very good and a large library. Food in hostel is excellent. For sports, there is a large cricket and football ground. Overall, good facilities and infrastructure are available for your course/department.

Faculty: Teachers are not so much qualified as they are only M. Tech holders' teaching quality is not so good. Semester exam is quite difficult and minimum passing percentage is only 50%. It makes students industry-ready. Teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable.

Other: I am choosing a civil degree because civil stream is too good in this area. In this college, a 7-day sports and culture fest is organised. All colleges in Jaipur are invited by them to participate. It is easy to transport in Sitapura.

It provides good infrastructure, but placements are not good.

Placements: Around 50% of students were placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. The average salary package offered was 2 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA. The top recruiting company was BHEL Unique Builders Construction, etc. Around 20% of students get internships in metro, and the top role offered was unique builders.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was not good, but the facilities were good. The Wi-Fi speed was not good, and the speed was very slow. The laboratories were good. The classroom was very good, and the full environment library was not well. The hostel facility was not good, but sports and games facilities were good.

Faculty: Teachers were not fully experienced and some teachers had good behavior. The teaching quality was not good, they should not travel industry. The semester exams were very tough, and the paper level was very tough. The pass percentage was 40%.

Other: I opted for this course, because I want to be a top civil engineer. The campus is very pleasant.

It is the best civil engineering college in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Placements: About 40% of students got placed in my civil engineering course. The highest package offered was 5 LPA, the lowest package was 1 LPA, and the average package was 2.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies like Unique Builders in Jaipur, etc., came here. About 45% of students got internships from PWD, WRD, and PHED. Civil engineering enhances your knowledge about the environment, construction and structural development.

Infrastructure: The hostel was recently closed. Wi-Fi facilities are available on both campus and hostel. Girls and boys have separate hostels, adn there is a canteen. Medical facilities are available about 850m away from college, i.e., Mahatma Gandhi hospital. Food quality is average. Sports facilities like cricket and volleyball are conducted at various festivals. Food facilities in mess are available for both hostelers and non-hostelers. Fast food, breakfast, cold drinks, chain, coffee, etc., are available in canteen, and the seating arrangement is excellent. All the engineering branches standard books, magazines, newspapers, motivation books and a special study room are available in the library. All the required equipment and facilities are available in each laboratory. The classrooms are excellent.

Faculty: The teaching quality is the best in the civil engineering course. They are very helpful in solving our theoretical and practical problems. Most of the teachers qualified M.Tech. The civil engineering course curriculum is relevant and makes the students industry-ready.

Other: An annual function (including singing, dancing and play), Teacher's day, and a fresher's party are conducted by college management. The college campus is superior. All local transportation facilities (as low floors, mini bus) and college buses provide the best connectivity. Government scholarships are available in college. The top students are awarded by college chairman.

Really good infrastructure and faculty members.

Placements: Placement in most of the engineering colleges has become nil. The main reason behind this is presence of unemployment and more numbers of Engineering students. Placement of students in our college during the latest year was nil. Unlike our seniors who get placement in several companies. YIT has a record of students getting placed in MNCs like Wipro, Dell, L&T, etc.

Infrastructure: Yagyavalkya Institute of Technology's Infrastructure is one of the attractive infrastructures among other colleges in Jaipur. It has Digital classrooms, Library, and well-equipped labs. Safety of girls in it's hostel is worth praised. Quality of food in mess and canteen is also good.

Faculty: Yagyavalkya Institute of Technology has a huge number of well educated and well mannered faculty members. They are always ready to clear the doubts of students (if any) even during recess time. Well experienced faculty members of YIT teaches well by using their own way or method of teaching. Students perform Practicals in Labs by the guidance of these faculty members.

Good placements with satisfaction.

Placements: I started my career with MNIT and completed my first building project with 4 years experience in MNIT, now I am working with Adani logistics LTD, Gurgaon. Now I do the civil work which I practically learned from our college. Maximum of my classmates are settled in various companies.

Infrastructure: Our college provides Wi-Fi, labs, classroom, video conference, library, medical games, etc. Our college provides and arranges live demonstration so that students can learn and have theoretically and practical experience of the things.

Faculty: All teachers are well-qualified and have excellent experience in their respective subject. They provided good faculty to give practical work experience for various works and activities. The faculty are supportive and are good in nature.

Other: Many events are organized by the college in a year.

Nothing good about our college, we just did our degrees just like other bachelor degrees.

Placements: There are no placements in our college, and they fool the students in the name of placements. They help us to get our academic degrees only and nothing else. Our college management talks about placements only during the time of admissions, and they are doing it as a business for the sake of money. We have got degrees without knowing the value and use of it.

Infrastructure: We don't have Wi-Fi facility on the campus. Labs are there only for the namesake as nobody is available in them, and the classrooms are like the ones in schools. There is no library and also medical facilities. Sports events are organized only during annual functions, and that's all I can tell. There is no place in the college where we can sit and hang out during breaks.

Faculty: The faculty members of the college are very bad, I mean, they know nothing about the way to treat students and planning a student's career. They left us on our own, so how can we take a decision about our career after completion of course if they don't help us. There is nothing like course curriculum, we prepare ourselves for the exams, and that's all.

Other: The campus crowd is cheap that's why the events and fest all are affected. There is no connectivity and nothing like extracurricular activities in the college.

Attractive infrastructure, but low placements.

Placements: The placements are not good in this college and top companies like TCS, ACCENTURE does not come to recruit us. The students of CSE or IT branch students are getting placed in average salary package of 3-4 Lacs P. A. However some renowned companies like HCL, COGNIZANT, UDB Jaipur, IBM, TAJ Group, TVS, BAJAJ etc., come to recruit students of MECHANICAL, CSE, IT, EE, ECE. This year 15 students from CSE got placed in HCL, in COGNIZANT with an average package of 3.8 Lacs P. A. 40 % students get placed in CSE branch sadly. From mechanical this year,51 placed in TCS, in TECH MAHINDRA with the average package of 4 Lacs P. A. Placements in ECE, EE, IT are similar to CSE, and considering CIVIL branch very few students placed in UDB Jaipur. Rest of the students focus on GATE exam preparation.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very awesome in this college, and you are going to get very fresh environment under this college. The college campus is Wi-Fi enabled, and the college has a big central lawn in front of main building. The classrooms are very good in seating arrangements and aesthetics. Sadly there is no medical facility available in the college. Every sport (Indoor & Outdoor) is available in college. The labs are very good, all equipment is good and working. Canteen in this college is small, but things are available at cheaper rates. For the hostel, I would prefer to reside in private hostel located around the college.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful in course and curriculum. Teachers provide us with notes in our mail, and they also offer video lectures. Most of the faculty members provide their contact number to get help in case of any doubt. 60% faculty members are master degree holders. Some are PhD holders. The teachers are having field experience along with theoretical knowledge.

Other: Every year cultural fest is held over, which all students take part and enjoy. The college is located in village area so for hangout we have to travel 6-9 km away. However public transport is easily accessible from college location. College also has some good extracurricular groups which work for society.
