Candidates who have completed graduation from any recognised university in relevant subjects are eligible to apply for MA at Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University. Candidates must have studied Economics/ Mathematics/ Statistics for MA Applied Economics. The subject requirement varies with the MA specialisation applied by the candidate.

SRTMUN shortlists aspirants based on their scores in state-level entrance exams, such as MAH B.Ed CET, MAH MBA CET, MHT CET, etc. for admission to specific courses. The university conducts Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to programmes, such as BSc, MSc, etc. For all others programmes, merit of the candidates in the last qualifying exam is considered for admission.

Yes, SRTMUN conducts an entrance exam for admission to PhD course. The university conducts PET in pen and paper mode at three centres, namely Nanded, Latur and Parbhani. The entrance test is conducted for two hours and includes section-A and section-B. Section-A is related to research methodology and includes 50 questions. Section-B is subject specific and includes 50 questions.

The SRTMUN provides diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate programmes.
