Review of Teerthanker Mahaveer University for the Pharm.D PB course for the 2024-2027 batch.

Placements: We will get an internship opportunity in the college hospital where we can visit the patients which gives us a major advantage during job search. Around all students get placed or find jobs in hospitals. We can get a high package of up to 10 or 20 LPA in foreign countries if we apply. The top recruiting hospitals are Fortis and Medanta. The roles offered are clinical pharmacist, clinical pharmacologist, and clinical researcher.

Infrastructure: I have not opted for the hostel but I visited and I found a variety of food items and a good environment. There is free Wi-Fi and all other major facilities in the hostel. The hostel has a canteen inside where we can buy our daily usage items inside.

Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful and provide us the course insights. The course curriculum is relevant and it gives us an opportunity to diagnose and see medical cases in the hospital which I liked very much about this course. There are 3 class tests in a year and yearly exams in May or June.

Other: I chose this course because it is a doctorate and post-graduation course. It gives us freedom to open our own clinic and we can prescribe medicine or diagnose diseases. There is one fresher and farewell party organised every year. There is one annual function conducted every year. A sports meet is also conducted every year where students of each course participate every year. There are so many student clubs such as dance, poetry, and fashion clubs which organises events every month. They are very interesting and enjoyable.
