Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com. Hons.) - Batch of 2025

Strong Industry Connections and Supportive Faculty at The NorthCap University.
Placements: Not many students got internships in good companies; rather, it was just a matter of certification and not a proper placement and job securing procedure. It was not meant to be this way because so many students come to this college because of good placements.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi was available and access was given to all. The library is large enough for a perfectly calm study environment. The classrooms are good, with centralized AC all over the campus. The ground is huge, and the cafe facilities are a bit tiring as they don't deal in cash but only with canteen cards.
Faculty: The faculty at NCU is typically described as qualified and knowledgeable, with many holding advanced degrees and having industry experience. Students often find them approachable and helpful in resolving academic and career-related queries. Teaching quality is considered good, with a focus on both theoretical knowledge and practical applications. The university emphasizes interactive learning through projects, case studies, and industry exposure.
Other: Interest and Career Goals: Many students choose their courses at NCU based on their interests and career aspirations. For instance, engineering students might be drawn by the university's strong emphasis on technical education and industry ties. Reputation and Opportunities: NCU's reputation for quality education, good placement records, and industry connections often influence students' choices.

Our college is a big and luxury college of Gurgaon.
Placements: Many students got placements. I haven't got placements because I am pursuing the CAT examination. They are helping students with internships and the fee is too high. They provide internships through the Internshala app. They also give us a loan for a fee.
Infrastructure: There are computer labs, a big library, and a big cafeteria where we can take food items using a card that is issued by the university. It has central air-conditioners on the campus. Computer labs are good with some MAC books.
Faculty: Faculty is very helpful and keep encouraging every student. There are many semester exams conducted which are much difficult. Many students pass this examination. There is a good system of attendance.

The crowd is helpful. The decorum is maintained properly and facilities are up to mark.
Placements: There are no placements till date, but the placements are given to the seniors. Around 40-50% of students get internships from our course in different companies, and different opportunities are given to the students.
Infrastructure: In this college, classrooms, cafeteria, Wi-Fi, library, and computers are available. Different types of games are available, and variety is there in food. The cafe is also good and hygienic. The medical facilities are also provided to the students and faculty members. The crowd is good and helpful to others.
Faculty: In this college, teachers are helpful during the exams. They are qualified and the teaching experience is also up to mark as the teachers help students clearing their doubts. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students ready for the industry. Semester exams are moderate, and the pass percentage is 33%.
Other: B.Com honors are the best course if one wants to go in the field of banking sector or business. The campus crowd is good and the surroundings are fine. There are a lot of extracurricular activities like community services.

It located in sec 23 in Gurgaon. The campus is good and infrastructure and facilities are also great.
Placements: I'm still pursuing my studies so I don't know about it but it can be 70 to 80%. The highest is around 12 LPA and the lowest is 3.8 LPA and the average is 6 LPA. There are many like Amazon Wipro etc. About 40 to 50 % in Baja and many more. There are many roles offered by the university.
Infrastructure: There are many basic but important facilities available in our universities like AC in every classroom and cafe and even in the sports room there is a gym also in our university Wi-Fi is also available free of cost and in the canteen, we have to make a card just like the metro one in which we have to recharge it and at the time of purchase, the amount will be deducted from the card.
Faculty: The facilities are very helpful and they corporate a lot with students and they all are qualified and knowledgeable about the course they are teaching. The semester minor exams are 45 marks and majors are 100 marks and if the student has studied then the exam will be felt easy.
Other: I choose this course because I want to pursue in the banking sector and the events and fest are not conducted from past 2 years because of covid but I hope that this coming year there will be a freshers party and some events too in the college.

Review of The NorthCap University.
Placements: Only 2-3 students got placed in a particular class, and the companies that visit our college are not even good. The highest salary package offered is 4.6 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Vedantu company visit our college for placements. Only 10% of students got placed here.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. The quality of food and mess is also good. Sports facilities are average here. There is a ground to play, but sometimes you are not allowed there. There is no proper space for different sports. The mess is very crowded. The campus is small as compared to other private colleges.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are not so helpful, just spending time in class. Most of them just sit in class. Even in online classes, they just used to enjoy the time and talk about other things. The course curriculum is not so relevant. Semester exams are not so difficult. The pass percentage is 90%.
Other: It is not a good college for commerce background students.

It is absolutely a satisfactory college.
Placements: About 45% of students were placed from our course during my tenure. The highest salary package offered here is around 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is around 1. 5 LPA. Top roles offered in our course were related to accounting and management. I believe that the placements are quite good in computer science instead of mechanical engineering. However, the percentage of students who got placed is more than 90%. In CSE, the average salary package offered is 6 LPA, whereas in mechanical, the salary package offered is 5 LPA. However, brilliant students can get 8 LPA. Deloitte is the top recruiting company since I heard from my mentor that this company offers a salary package of 8 LPA.
Infrastructure: There are proper hygiene facilities in the hostel. The infrastructure is pretty good, and Wi-Fi facilities are available here. The entire campus, including labs, classrooms, library and cafeteria, are completely air-conditioned. Good quality food is available in the mess and canteen. There are good quality medical facilities, sports and games.
Faculty: The teachers here are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is very efficient. The course curriculum is relevant. Our university has four schools offering courses at undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels. Those schools are a school of engineering and technology, school of management, school of law and school of professional attachment. Moreover, there is a centre for languages learning, school of engineering and technology, department of applied sciences, department of civil and environmental engineering, department of computer science and engineering, department of electrical, electronics and communication engineering, department of mechanical engineering and school of management and liberal studies.

New batch students are getting much better facilities than our batch, which is a commendable thing.
Placements: The salary offered in our college was approximately Rs. 15,000 per month. None of the students from our course got placed as placements did not meet our criteria, or we don't have the interest to get placed as a fresher. The highest salary offered was Rs. 20,000 per month, while the lowest salary offered was Rs. 7,000 per month. The average salary offered was Rs. 10,000 per month. Top roles offered were assistant in accounts, trainee, consultant and salesperson.
Infrastructure: Everything was available in our college, and the infrastructure was also excellent. Classrooms were air-conditioned, neat and clean, and the library and labs were great. There was no mess, and the campus surroundings were good. There was a garden where we can spend time, enjoy and can play games like cricket, etc. Different courts were available for lawn tennis basketball, volleyball, table tennis, etc. The food available here was amazing and delicious. Different cuisines were prepared daily, and the menu was different every day. We like the cafeteria. Other facilities like sports, etc., were interesting and exciting.
Faculty: Faculty members here were excellent except for some. They were qualified and helpful whenever we need their guidance. They are always available to us and support us in every task. The course curriculum was relevant, and only whatever is important in the course is taught here. The course curriculum doesn't make students ready for the industry as students are not provided with practical knowledge and only provided with bookish knowledge, which is not enough.
Other: Our course is good enough. I wish that our college should impart practical knowledge apart from bookish knowledge.

Good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: The placement is good. Almost 80-90 percent students were placed. The maximum package was around 12 Lacs and the minimum is approximately 3 Lacs. There are MNCs which come from placement in NCU and there is almost 80 percent students get placed with good package.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure great. Clean and hygienic place. Fully air-conditioned place. Basketball court cricket ground and an auditorium with 1000 seating capacity. The cleanest college I have ever seen. Comfortable rooms fully air-conditioned and good seating facility.
Faculty: Great faculty with good experience. All the faculty members are highly qualified. Their teaching methodology is great and unique. There are some professional also who teaches us so we get better insight of the real life. Moreover with bookish knowledge they also focus on your personality development.
